They’re a reseller until they post some lab equipment but unfortunately even that can be faked easily now. I have seen this pattern from several resellers tho of buying gear from random Chinese vendors and buying boxes off of alibaba and repackaging them

Yeah… they are all over forums… even on SST I suspect some sources buying liters of already mixed oils and filtering…I spoke to Neo about this…

Well it's Monday, and no lab pics, no stock pics with the a crumpled piece of paper that says meso with the date. Nothing that's been asked has been entertained. You've done absolutely nothing. What makes you think this is acceptable?

I want to address your concerns directly. I have responded to every question in a timely manner, with the exception of one—the request for a lab photo. I understand the importance of this, and you have my word that I will provide it when I visit the facility later this week. The lab is located separately from my main operations, and due to safety considerations, I cannot access it immediately.


That being said, please also understand that I am actively running a business, fulfilling and shipping orders daily. While I recognize the importance of transparency, I also have to balance multiple responsibilities.


Additionally, I want to emphasize that just because I am new to Meso does not mean I am new to this industry. If, for any reason, I do not follow through on providing the requested proof this week, I will remove my post myself and step away. My word is my commitment.

If you going to call me a reseller please show proof otherwise no need to insult or make accusations that are not true. I believe this community cares for true statements not a made up comment that has no factual stans behind it
