the drugs you use are the most determintal factor of how you will look ! you need to kift heavy yes but only heavy enough to stress the muscle,,the heaviest lifters are NOT ALWYAS THE BIGGEST FELLAS MUSCLE WIZE,,in many timesthey are the stiff average looking fellas with strong bones and tendoins

the idea behind bodybuild is this friend,,


you go down to 6% you get it as sculpted as you can via testosterona,, trenbolona ,, equipona ,,masterona ,,and gh,,

thennnnnnnn when you are 6% 200lb....you start building a new phase of TRUE LEAN MUSCLE by

1. increasing dose of gh ,,
2. increasing dose of testosterona into the 1-2 grams a week
3. adding equipona or nandrolona in the 1000 mg a week
4. adding trenbolona for freak factor and lean growth in the 100-150mg a day EVERY DAY
5. adding insulin and not in the 2 iu a day balonie lol

The crazy thing is once you stop listening to all his writing you realise you start to make gains again..

Don't get me wrong this will get you huge.. But most of us can't possibly hit the food requirements for all of the drugs to work.. Your metabolism goes sky high and you will be losing size while on insulin.. This is the difference between us mere mortals and the pros

1 g of Equipoise

Some Trenbolone (certainly not 700 mg to 1 g per week). I have seen individuals making solid progress on 400 mg of Trenbolone Enanthate weekly, combined with equivalent doses of Testosterone and Equipoise.

Human Growth Hormone

Humalog pre- and post-workout

It is not particularly difficult to achieve growth on such a regimen. One should reasonably expect to gain approximately 0.5 kg per week, which equates to around 2 kg per month. Which is 4kg in 16 weeks which if only half of that is muscle, is a ton of mass.

Ultimately, growth comes from what makes you feel at your best. Trenbolone is by no means indispensable.
Personally, I feel excellent on Testosterone, Equipoise, and Anadrol.
Anadrol stimulates my appetite intensely—so in the end, it is a matter of individual response.

Just don't be stubborn to use what makes you feel bad, because everyone says that's THE ONLY WAY TO GROW.

Add some Lantus at reasonable dose say 20-30iu daily and you will look pumped most of the day.... If your wanting that look..

many people just end up getting fat too, outeating tren isnt hard if you train hard and drive your appetite up, on clean food.

If you been on GH15 you already know plenty of Tren blow ups out there.
But blowing up while staying lean on Tren? Happens every damn time. Throw me some Test, Tren, GH, Anadrol and I’m ballooning quick.

For most dudes though, not that easy to blow up on Tren ‘cause you gotta feed it heavy. Specially when they’re running low Test / high Tren. That setup’s more of a recomp, but you still packin’ muscle.

When you say “blow up,” you probably mean Test/Deca/Dbol/Insulin type of deal. Tren’s different if you don’t slam the food, it leaves you lookin’ flat… but trust, you still growin’.
