I started Mazdutide last night and said I would document this drug since I don’t see anyone taking it yet. The trials are in china I believe.

I have been on sema and tirze before. I experienced a tolerance to both drugs at different points. I have been on a long break and decided to experiment to Mazdutide this time. I’m not taking anything else.

I dosed 3mg (starting low but expecting it to take time for me to get to 9mg) last night around 8pm. Around 9:45pm I experienced a big feeling of euphoria and energy. I have felt this with tirze as well. My mental health got a whole lot better with tirze so I’m thrilled that maz feels similar in that aspect.

This morning I felt less hungry but not as much as tirze. I wasn’t surprised. It takes time and I’m on a low dose. By 1:15pm I realized I forgot about eating. Im moving so I’ve been boxing things up and been super busy. This now feels a lot more like tirze when I was at 10mg.

I have no side effects. No fatigue, no nausea, no constipation, no burps or heart burn.

I feel really good about this so far.
I have a friend in China and he swears by Mazdutide. It is new, and trials have been done already in China. I think one of the Pharma companies actually submitted an application already for Mazdutide.

Like you, he said he didn't experience any side effects. He was trying Sema before and said he would never try it again given how he's reacted to Mazdutide.

So another promising GLP-1 on the horizon.

I believe it’s with Eli Lilly and innovent. The research seems to favor higher doses between 9-10mg. With that trial either just beginning or about to start. It’s got a long way to go but I’m glad to experiment in the meantime.

Edit: I’m feeling a huge energy change. Kind of like I drank a bunch of caffeine. I’ve been caffeine free for probably a year now so I might just be super sensitive.

How long does semaglutide last after reconstituted? I can't seem to find much information on this topic. Anyone have personal experience using a reconstituted vial after 30 days vs 60 days etc..

Thanks

day 3 on mazdutide.

Pros- I’m really really not hungry. I’m drinking tons of water and feel so full. I feel like the hunger control is stronger than tirze 10-15mg.

Cons- I feel like I might be sick. I can’t tell if it was because I worked my ass off loading furniture in the sun yesterday or if it’s maz. I feel very tired and slightly nauseous. In this case, (if it is the maz), these are side effects I didn’t have on both sema and tirze. It’s not the worst thing ever.

Day 4 on maz.

I don’t feel sick now. But I am very tired. Even after taking my adderall. I always feel wide awake and don’t need naps. But I want to nap today. Appetite suppression is great. No other symptoms still. Just fatigue.

1 week Maz 3mg

Appetite suppression is awesome. I really think it’s better than tirze in that aspect.

I am very fatigued. I’m so tired. Adderall seems like it can’t cut through that energy barrier right now.

I feel slightly nauseated. Not so much that I need to throw up. Just a tiny bit uncomfortable.

The fatigue is not what I expected. It’s difficult to pack up for my move. I’ve got so much to go through and box up. Furniture to haul to the pod. Today is shot day and I don’t really want to do it. It’s still really strong. I’m thinking I’ll hold off and see if the fatigue changes. I don’t mind playing around with it.

The fatigue is strong with all of them for me, even reta. I barely got my run and workout in this morning, now I’m just sitting here trying not to fall asleep. Good luck with the packing brother. I do not envy you.

Have you tried splitting the dose? Like 1mg M/W/F. I've done it with other drugs to minimize sides.

I might do this next week.

The fatigue is really strong. It’s almost like it’s getting more “potent” versus wearing off. I’m burping constantly. My stomach has been a little upset. I’m still nauseated. It’s not unbearable but I didn’t have any of these symptoms on sema and tirze.

I’m not constipated or have diarrhea but I’m having the gurgles in my intestines I think.

I’m going to weigh myself on Monday.

Ive started survodutide 10 days ago. First injection was a big fail since i went too high. I can report tomorrow in more detail but i think its promising
How has the experiment been thus far? I'm quite curious about the glucagon agonism aspect of the drug.

Oh and what dosing guidelines are you using? I cannot find the dosing schedule that available for all the other glp-1's.

Finished week 2 maz

I don’t think it was the maz that made me feel so sick last week. I had been accidentally skipping one of my rx medicines and I was in withdrawal. As soon as I refilled it and took it I felt instant relief. So this whole last week was much better. No side effects. I feel good. Fatigue is gone but I think that was my withdrawal.

I don’t have too much weight to lose but I’m down 7 pounds so far. Which is fine by me.

Appetite suppression is actually really good still towards the end of that week. I feel it’s getting stronger. This is not how I felt on sema or tirze.

This is turning out to be pretty neat. I’m continuing with 3mg for as long as I feel this way and it’s working.

In what way do you mean it’s different from tirz? Just stronger appetite suppression and more energy?
