My suggesting that it's gross is wholly different than creating laws or suggesting that something be banned. There's no perfect answer as to what should be allowed by law. It's all a compromise, thus the example of it being tricky legal ground for someone that's say 18-20 having sex with someone that's 16-18 which in most cases, people would consider reasonable.
I didn't make anyone into a victim. You're projecting here. I stated that it was gross, specifically, for someone whom I believe wrote that they were 46yo. Regardless of the age of the smashee, bragging about it on the Internet is also gross. A gentleman does not do such things if for no other reason than the fact that one won't be able to get the wildest, uninhibited performance out of their partner, if that partner is concerned about someone trying to get some fucking cred on the Internet by bragging about it.

FYI I suggest you dig deeper into the viral "brain isn't fully developed until 25" nonsense.
Attractive to those attempting to remove responsibility, the fact is the brain is fully developed from a biological perspective well before that, around the time maximum height is reached.
After that, the brain continues to change in response to stimuli, nutrition, and other factors throughout life. You won't find any more significant changes between 20-25 than you would between 35-40, or 55-60.
With a lifespan well under 30 for the overwhelming majority of human existence this claim was patently idiotic from the start, but survived for social and political reasons.
Those who cling to this notion should be fierce advocates against pot legalization for those under 25, because if you "believe the science" the likelihood of a permanent intellectual deficit increases with use beginning at an earlier age. We can see on scans, we can measure it on tests.

Which suggests to me that the prefrontal cortex isn't typically fully developed until around age 25. That doesn't account for individual variability or emotional maturity or whatever, but otherwise seems pretty straightforward to me.
Also, why are so many papers on this topic behind a damn paywall?

Plenty of more substantive science has pushed back against these assertions in the decade+ since.

I invite you to supply those citations. Really, anything other than an opinion piece. We can argue about the implications, but the science seems pretty straightforward. Chrononeurogenesis exists and is proven by multiple studies (not listed) using MRI observations. The fact that the prefrontal cortex is the last to develop also seems pretty well settled.
For the prefrontal cortex, cortical thinning seems to peak around age 25 which represents a period of neural pruning. From what I can tell, that is generally consider the end stage of development for a particular section of the brain. Certainly, the brain remains a degree of plasticity throughout life and that plasticity can be preserved by various means.

Typically hear this kind of backhanded judgement from men for whom a young, attractive partner wouldn't be an option anyway, not you of course. The "consensual" comment and what it suggests is pretty vile, but since such a relationship is so far out of your realm of possibility, it's not surprising you can only imagine it's some sort of coerced, non-consensual slavery.

Nearly two decades ago there were a couple of weak, deeply flawed studies that suggest human cognition and the ability to responsibly make decisions doesn't happen until 25.
That until 25, the brain wasn't "fully developed".
These studies were pounced on ideologies and politicians who sought to change many policies, particularly around the age of criminal responsibility (but not the voting age),
That level of selective enthusiasm for "science" that confirms pre-existing ideological positions alone should raise suspicions.
A large number of neuroscientists have since countered this "brain doesn't mature until 25" as patently false, if not outright deceptive.
Perhaps the most glaring flaw, the seminal study on this issue stopped looking at brain changes after 25 (hint: it continues to change at the same pace).
In other words, they chose an arbitrary age, 25, and stopped looking at whether changes continued beyond that age, the. declared at 25 the brain was "fully developed".

Au contraire. I have stated multiple times that glps are tools that can be used and should be used to help a person better themselves.
But if a person, after 7+ years of using them, is still a fat fuck, like some unnamed pos in here, it shows the true strength of character he has, which is none. And that usually translates to all parts of life, including work ethic, dedication, etc.
I REALLY DOUBT such an individual is successful in other aspects of his life.
