My mistake was that at the start we had hired a representer that failed even to write properly our domain name and also started to pushing us for freebies, finally we fired him.
After him we hired one new representer (really known member) that was proffesional on his job
(was him that you talked with personal messages) but after couple days posting did the same.. pushing us to give free samples to his 'friends' and helping our reputation on board! We fired him too..was him that was swering to me via WickR.
After all these incidents i decided to post only by myself. I'm one of the owners of GiantZeus.com and i use both meso-rx accounts "GiantZeus.com" and "giantzeus/rep"
We are not able to give any more information about this unless the owner of the forum will ask it!
We are here to continue our work and to post ONLY about that..unless some new p.m for freebies and 'helping' our reputation..will come front!

I'll agree. That's definitely not ethical....
Everyone is encouraged to report any and all spammers, scammers and reverse scammers if they have strong evidence to support their allegations. But under no circumstances should they ever reveal personally identifiable information on the open forum. In addition, there is an expectation of privacy when it comes to sharing private messages and/or emails. Are there compelling reasons to violate this expectation?

I think a PM with the intent to Blackmail, or strong arm an individual, whether they are a source or a private member , gives that individual the right to post that private message.
Without the ability to do so, would leave the individual with no recourse.

I figured shit like this was going on and unless brought to light there is nothing that can be done. Now that it has there should be an example made so that this does not continue. If not it tells these scumbags that they have free reign.

Your policy for not exposing individuals personal info, is the best in the community. There's very few times that that should ever take place... with very few exceptions. I wish every board could understand that..

There is recourse. Millard has said many times, including the post you quoted, that members can report any such incidents.

I don't think we will probably know who all they are rather that Millard will ban them and that be that. It'd be nice to know for many reasons but I understand not publicly sharing that info as well

Mrhat said "there is no recourse" if PMs can't be posted in the open but in fact there is. For example:
If you receive a PM of the type we're discussing, you can click the report button and Millard will handle it. If the situation warrants an action such as a ban, I'm sure Millard would have have no problem informing and thanking you for reporting the incident.
I mean in this situation. Banning solves nothing. They will be back with another screen name. Just like the serial trolls plaguing meso right now

Possibly, yes. However, IMO, posting their personal and private information isn't an ethical solution to the problem. Posting their handles in fine with me though.
But just to be clear, my post to Mrhat was specifically refuting the claim that there is no recourse. It might not be one you agree with, but it is a recourse nonetheless.
I was actually confused for second wondering if you were talking to me... so just to clear up my side I was actually replying to justfish... I agree about knowing their handles and not their personal info... there's no reason what so ever to know their personal info but I would like to know their handles especially if they come back with a new one and are found out to be said old handle.
