I think Zeus is feels like he's getting the best of both world right now.
He's gotten rid of the scammers, (for now) and he's created a lot of attention for himself.
What he isn't taking into consideration, is by not revealing the rest of the names, he has created suspicion and anxiety between members that are already suspicious of each other.
By creating such tension and never releasing the names, he is wearing out those that actually cares about the community, and when he does want two reach out for help (as he has done in the past) those that would normally care, will be worn out , from banging their heads against the wall.
The fact that he is leaving suspicion and contention between members, has already caused in-fighting. The frustration between members has his name attached to it, by association. And no one but Zeus him self can fix it.

It's the fact that transparency is the most important commodity meso has to offer.
And the fact that so many people I always expect to see things through, seem content to just let it go away. I assure you there plenty that want to see the resolved, but are afraid of retaliation. I'm probably rightfully so.
