Glass filtration kit – how to clean it and keep it sterile?

Hello! So far, I have used sterile, disposable vacuum filtration kits with a 0.22 micron membrane for filtration. I was wondering whether it would be better to buy a glass filtration set: a bottle or laboratory flask, a clamp, a sintered funnel and sterile membrane filters, closed with a tape. You can sometimes see this in Chinese tutorials. I would use the same pump.

I wonder if any of you use such a set and can advise me how to wash it. Could I use, for example, isopropanol in an ultrasonic cleaner, some cleaning concentrate, roasting at high temperature? Sterilization, of course, involves autoclaving and hot air drying (convection, oven).

Cheers!
