Ordered mid May, but as I said previously this guy shipped to USA first then to Canada via FedEx which requires a signature so that right there is a total flop on his part and I've ordered from other raw supplies over the years so I've had my share of tracking issues, but never a pack that's been sent to wrong provence and never had tracking say "UNABLE TO DELIVER"!

I will not accept a reship from him only reimbursement and if by some small miracle the pack actually arrives I will not be signing for anything ESPECIALLY a pack shipped via fucking FedEx!
i replied you many times to give me time to wait the track number updated and shipping agent update me pack passed custom, just need time to get updated, so be patient, no worth to stole your small money and ruin my reputation
 
How long has it been since you ordered? I've had packages say crazy shit on the tracking and then the next thing I know they're on my mail box.
If it's been 6 weeks I would agree that a reship is in order, but under that you have to give it time.
The reason I'm putting in my two cents is because I have gotten a reship from this guy and it was worth more than 200$.
All that being said he should reply to your emails. I would ask him point blank" if I don't have my package by such and such date will you give me a reship"
Also, every time I've used him has been a good experience.

He has a right to be worried. The destination is showing a delivery setup for a completely different area/city than his, thousands of km away.
i let shipping agent send pack to canada directly, but have a sudden accident by some reason to cause pack to usa first, many packs to usa on same batch,then resent to canada, for me , i just wait news updated and try to let shipping agent do things better and let customer get pack safely and soonly, but customer worries about the things, i explain with him many times, but not works, i understand him,but in my opinion, everyone here should trust what your trusted supplier said and watch how things will go on, time will tell everything. mostly need time to deal the issued and pack delay etc, we never stole 210usd to ruin my business, we experince 3 years here to build a good reputation, it is important for me , but on one have chance to thread me by bad reviews on forum if i don't reach his unreasonable request
 
Why FedEx though?? Do you ship FedEx for all order including domestic??
i sent canada post for canada pack, but shipping agent changed by fedex by a sudden accident and resent from usa to canada. i don't have control on the things, becasue some unpublic reason here

usps for usa domestic line, ups ,usps, fedex shipping to usa, and many shipping channels to aisan country and eu countries
 
Shipping via FedEx ESPECIALLY from USA was NOT part of the original agreement and there's no fucking way I'm signing for this pack and risking extra troubles.

Importing from China into Canada via China regular parcel mail is one thing, but importing from USA and shipped via fucking FedEx is a whole bag of trouble I'm not going to touch and if this "source" really was upstanding he would have IMMEDIATELY seen the issue and resolved it by refunding me, but instead he emails me saying how my tiny order is just frustrating to him and I should wait for tracking to "update" whatever the shit that means :rolleyes:

This "source" shit the bed and put me at much greater risk and is now blaming it on the shipping agent and basically playing it off as "Woopsie not my fault now keep waiting for fucked up tracking to magically turn itself around".

Once again the pack was shipped from USA by FedEx to wrong provence and wrong city and tracking is now over 1 week not working and says ******"UNABLE TO DELIVER"******

Only thing I did wrong here was order from this "source" :eek:
 
And if my order is so insignificant then why can he not refund me for this debacle and funny how he gladly takes credit for positive reviews, but when he get a bad review the order is chump change to him and is fault of shipping agent :rolleyes:

I'm new here, but I though meso was about holding sources accountable instead of making excuses for them?

just email replied you on how to deal with the thing, pack is in fedex site around your address, you need to call the site and pick it yourself, because fedex not ok to delivery to your address, i think it is ok to pick 1kg viagra yourself, and if not ok, i am ok to refund you,

hard to do business with customer like this guy , no time space to deal with issue and small profit on his order and just request refund when issue happens and never listen what i explain, hope never have guys like this contact me for business, never ,never!!!!!
