It's kinda hard unless you have researched quite a bit or have a background in analysis.
Each peak represents a different molecule should have weight in Dalton scale. and as far as mg you have to convert to iu.

If one of them have time @Analyzer or @jano would be the two to ask.
Because my knowledge is limited compared to theirs Or you can probably Google analytical testing and research how to read them.
