Godtropin IGF Bloodwork

Alright, not happy with these results.

- on GT for 14 days before drawing bloods (switched from another brand)
- reconstituted vials at 16iu
- dosage 8iu per day, split 4iu AM and 4iu PM
- baseline IGF 192 ng/ml
- IGF results 415 ng/ml (see attached)

It seems the consistency in product is an issue just as we all thought and was my main concern.

So you were actually running 24 iu's then? 12 iu's a day? I was under the impression they were 24 iu vials?

No, basically I was pinning half a vial per day. So according to the advertising, I was supposedly pinning 12iu per day... I just decided to "recon" and tell myself there are 16iu per vial due to your and Jim's testing

415 on 12iu? Damn.... even if you were on something that lowers the number like Tren I would say that is still a very very low number. My father got 350ish from 2iu a day.

Exactly... I'm on TRT, was at 250mg per week until last week when bloods came in and dropped to 200mg per week. Adex at 1mg twice per week. T4 now at 100mcg per day

No caloric deficit right now and other bloods came back a little off but nothing crazy. Regardless I tested black Tops right before this and numbers were awesome, so nothing I'm taking is negatively affecting the results. Lol, except the underdosed GH

You also score in the 400s on 10ius of greytops. Same thing was happening to one guy on meso whose IGF results stayed in the range of 400s whether he ran 4iu or 10iu of blacktops. Maybe things like this are more common. I wish more people were pulling bloods on high doses of hgh.
Drop dosage to 4ius daily then pull bloods after one week. I would've pull bloods on 8ius of godtropin but I had to stop taking due to excess water retention

The greys tested at 7 and 8 units and I also said those were underdosed. I then ALSO scored nearly 700 on 8 units of black tops sour theory is debunked buddy.

Literally shows that I wasn't even banging 8 units at half a vial per day of GT.

Was you treating the blacks as 15iu or 10 iu.
I know you probably said I just can't remember?

12 units since they tested at 12-13

I think all these generic sellers claim more than is in there. Have 2 more kits of blacks coming, after that I'm gonna pick up serostim and test

That's what I was asking. Thanks! Pretty disappointing.

At that dose you would think the sides would be crippling. 12iu is very high. What sort of sides were you experiencing at a 400 IGF level?

Can you expand on Tren? I have suspected based on personal experience that it decreases GH simulated IGF-1 production but had no confirmation of that. Then there's people referencing some animal studies of it increasing IGF-1. I don't remember, but I think I found a human study of it decreasing IGF-1 in contrast. But of course the number of human studies is near zero.

@Marcus taking or have taken recently any liver support drugs? They mess up GH stimulated IGF-1 production a lot - 30-40% decrease in IGF-1 levels.

Sides like CTS were there almost identical to greys... the blacks were more crippling, because the dosage was higher (now I know). But everything tolerable. I think I handle GH sides pretty well

Tren can definitely affect IGF levels. I'm not taking any liver support, nothing besides what is stated above. Bloodwork in from last week put my AST at 23 and ALT at 21; right in the middle of normal range. So absolutely nothing else is affecting this test. The GH is simply underdosed

Marcus YOUR generic GH comparisons would be much more meaningful if you had a legitimate PHARMA for comparison.

And that's important bc hepatic IGF production can vary considerably from one individual to the next.

Of course another HUGE problem is the batch to batch quantitative variability of GGH

I mean the fact GTs are labeled as 24IUs but are considerably short of that mark when formally analysed, has many folk wonder how many IUs they
are running.

Sounds like it may be time to run some more GGH assays, what you think @mands ?

This time @mands and I will include a few MALDIs so you folk can better understand that particular assays limitations and/or utility.
