Do I have to wait a certain amount of time to eat after I pin a GH dose? Time it so my workout is 2 hours after I pin?

I would take it right before bed ideally, or in the morning 1.5-2hrs before you eat is usually the preferred amount of time

Okay, sometimes I work out in the morning and sometimes the afternoon depending on my work schedule, figured I needed to cater the pinning schedule around that.

Are you ok at that estradiol level?

I have no symptoms at this level. Feel strong, recover fast and what not. I’d probably dry out a little if I brought it down a hair but I don’t like running an ai year round if I don’t have to.

Placed an order for some growth, some deca and some NPP on Monday. I added the NPP onto the original order Tuesday. The order landed Friday but the NPP was forgotten. I let GL know and even though I told him to not worry about it and to just add it in to my next order, he got it sent out Saturday and it landed today. Super-fast shipping, high quality products, and he made the mishap right like lightning. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
