How effective would a GVT (German volume training) program be while on cycle? Thoughts from someone that has maybe done a GVT program while on cycle

I'm starting this GVT training I'm looking for a couple suggestions for compound biceps exercises to build size.
Weighted close grip chin-ups with a neutral grip is probably the best compound lift for biceps imo, you would be best to incorporate those along with weighted dips for tri's. Should give you some disgusting size on your arms![]()
Hi weighted chinup, I also a lover of weighted neutral grip chin-ups.. It has been the warmup for my arms day for quite some time already.. Can really feel the pump and ready for other curling exercises.. One thing is... to increase the weight overtime is kinda difficult... As my bodyweight is ever increasing too..![]()
The heaviest weighted pull up weighed 206.2 lb (93.53 kg) and was achieved by Steven Proto (USA) at a personal gym in Edmond, Oklahoma, USA, on 9 July 2011.
Proto attached four gymnasium weight plates to a belt worn around his waist during the pull up. The plates were tied together with a chain. The entire apparatus was weighed before and immediately after the attempt.
Rather than weighted chin ups I find rack chins to be better for progression while in a building phase...
