Brooo I never was on that board with gh15. I remember finding some of his posts when I would google search shit back in the day. Thats where I got my first gh, slin, igf1 protocol he wrote out a really detailed post with good info. I was always on the ar-r board back in the day if you remember that one. I think its crazy how much steve over complicates things. Like bro, just take gear you dont need to do all this crazy off the wall shit he likes to talk about. I know hes just thinking of things for content but he should also cover more then just gear. I mean shit bodybuildling is so much more than that. I know thats his thing but idk i dont think hes the expert a lot of people think he is. Just my opinion.Vigorous Steve is an okay dude with good information.

I also didn’t like hear him bashing gh15 board. Just because Steve made the mistake to run very high dosages , that doesn’t mean he didn’t learn a ton on that board , everyone who was a member there knows good how much valuable informations this board did have. The place was a gold mine of informations and did have very knowledgeable members and pro bbers, a lot of “famous” bodybuilders did learn there.

I agree with you, it was like pulling teeth to find the study that Taeians followers were referring to in regards to the original post. I am pretty sure its the one I linked but it's almost like they just take his word for it and say the study exits so it must be true. If there is another study that they were talking about I cant find it, or they wont share.I don't think this supports their hypothesis that halo does not cause suppression. Unless they are only referring to suppression of spermatogenesis. I've been very unimpressed by that guy when I've actually bothered to read further into some of the things he has claimed.
If you can't yet bench 315 without using gear then shut up and concentrate on going to the gym first.
I know very little about the guy Taeian (sp?) Clark aside from brief set of posts on another forum. This was some time ago, but what I recall was that he had difficulty providing legitimate evidence for some of his claims. He also seemed to be very easily upset when people pointed that out and questioned him.
