Tried the insanity and it's a beast. Still sweating from pinning early this AM. Muscles were burning back bumps were insane.
Still smell the oil in the room I pinned in.
I can't vouch for the other gear they have but insanity is a beast well at least it is for me.
I can't see myself pinning this everyday. Maybe a few times before going to gym to get a little boost in adrenaline.
My aggression is a little over the top and had to leave the house to mellow out.

Slight tightness during injection and the minimum soreness was gone in 1hr. I will find out if EO
