Hi everyone, and thank you for having me! It’s taken so much work to find my way, and even my goals along this fitness journey. I’m currently 42YO, 170 in an official growing phase. I’ve been 220 fat as hell, all the way down to 150. Have been stuck in skinny fat limbo for a year or two, but have finally started to make “meaningful progress” it’s crazy how much there is to learn, from diet, to lifting techniques, the importance of rest, and of course the use of enhancements. Again, I’m excited to be here, and looking forward to gaining more meaningful knowledge.
