Well, both cocaine (local anesthetic) and heroin (pain medication) do have medicinal uses - albeit severely restricted these days.

Customs in UK opened the package took out 5 vials of each compound and release my parcel. They never contacted me or anything like it.

They take it and might send you a customs note. I wouldn't expect a controlled delivery for a few vials.
