Hello. I've been lurking on various boards for about a year and Meso seems to be the most informative. Happy to read more and learn more from those with experience.

I'm currently 41 yrs, 5'11", 165 lbs, 8-9% bf. Spent 17 years competing in various sports that kept me lean ... but small: cycling, swimming, climbing, surfing. I competed in triathlon at 148 lbs. The racing days are over now, thank goodness. I've been lifting for 5 years, 3 of those seriously. Every pound added to my skinny ectomorph frame is an achievement. I've never taken anything other than protein powders and creatine. Interested to try some well-researched alternatives.
