Also question from what i have read about TP's communication 99% of the time after you place an order you dont get any reply you might possibly get an email saying your payment was received but no tracking or anything Is this correct? And is it the norm is tracking usually provided or not
That is also the exact reason why TP wouldn't get my business....
I couldn't communicate and inquire about my situation.
Now I get your shipper was the issue on one of my orders but it didn't show up and I had no way to look where it was.
I don't mass track, but I know when things should hit and a search tells me if it clears or is being held.
This is why you got my business and I went out to try you over someone's products that are established.
I'd hate to see you go down this road of losing your communication and not providing a tracking number.
No we will continue to provide tracking numbers for all international orders it just may not always be within 72hrs but it will always be before the pack should arrive. And just FYI for everyone your pack is shipped 99% of the time before you receive the tracking number sometimes it may not look like it when you check tracking but the agent has a way of doing things and we dont question them because 99.9% of the time things make it where they are supposed to and that is what is most important

Sorry for the confusion.
It should be noted that TP has been around for many years and has earned trust. When you order from TP you know you will taken care of. You're still new and guys get nervous if you say
one thing but don't follow through. Many of us who have been around a while has been scammed at some point. Most of us are just ordinary working fellas and even though it's generic it's still big money for us.
Also, HK use to own the game. Through many, many years he had earn trust in providing real products at a time when it was just so hit and miss. But he got complacent and has lost a lot of business. TP provides similar, if not exact products, but wins on customer service. Sure it could improve but it's the best we have right now.
A business can only do so much with price and I think you do as does TP. But instead of comparing yourself with him and chasing TP and saying, "Well, he does this and that and nobody complains." How about doing better than him and have Homer and TP chasing you and owning the market. You seem, at least for now, to have more access and selection than either of them do.

BTW, you told me last Thursday that you will get back to me with an approx TA in a day or so. It's Tuesday now. These little things matter when evaluating a new guy. You said on the other board that you lie about things that don't really matter just to keep things running smoothly. Comparing it to things like if I ask you if these sparkling thongs make my butt look fat. I get that. But if you tell me you will get me the sending info in a couple of hours and it's only after a couple of days when I have to get back to you, it make me feel, and others as well, that what you say is hit and miss and unless we chase you we might get lost in the shuffle. A man's word is everything to many of us and a judge of a person's character.
Do what you say you will do and if for some reason you can't keep your word, get back to us anyway telling us why. You claim
proton was down though I didn't see any evidence of that as I was using it all day and proton is on Twitter everyday giving updates. Another ding that makes us wonder if you are just making excuses. And there's still PM and this and the other board to communicate any problems. If an email service I was using was down I'd definitely announce it on the boards.
Good service and communication doesn't cost extra but it goes a long, long way in this business where we can't show up at your office and bitch face to face.
