Ok - so to post an update, I ordered Norditropin & Russia Jins way back from

Unfortunately the Nords were cloudy, and looked degraded - I uploaded photos (imgur.com/a/3NeinE1). hghpro offered to replace, and also asked all customers to video opening packages moving forward to make sure (which I agree is good practice anyway).
Well it took weeks for replacements to supposedly ship, and then it was he didn't have tracking numbers and was waiting on his reshipper etc
Finally he said it hadn't shipped & offered replacement of puretropin or a refund. I asked for refund after it being a month since payment.
Almost a week later of chasing, he finally has refunded. So while he seems overloaded, I am happy that he seems to be fixing issues and trying to make good on his promise of differentiation through customer service.

@hghpro and I will watch this thread for awhile - maybe sometime in the future when all is going smooth, I will decide to give your puretropin a try.
It's true that starting a new venture will always hit speed bumps, but it's the persons accountability and willingness to fix issues that makes them get/keep customers and stay successful.
