Simply put - you told me it would ship fedex or UPS when we were discussing if I would order. And so I agreed, placed an order and paid for that.

Then you ship it another method without asking me before hand. And now attack me - when you are the one that did not do as you had agreed.

Very concerned with the way you are now attacking me and going crazy, when I simply explain my experience and you not following your agreement with me.

Anyway @hghpro - everyone can see now how you treat your customers...

Look man you came on here attacking us posting shit thats not true i told you post the emails so everyone can see i did not attack you I had no choice but to use the method that was used like i said if it was more than a day or 2 differnce then i would have contacted you but 1-2 days makes no difference 1-2 weeks yes but not a fucking day come on this is just redicoulus

How long were the pens you had to return in transit?

If for any reason whatsoever these pens are degraded i will replace them but everyone knows that is not possible with 4-6 days in transit

That is my feeling on it because we are being bitched at for using a different service when it is an almost identical shipping time.

lol im usually very calm but shit like this pisses me off now if i said i would ship by a method that takes 3-5 days but send one that takes 3-5 weeks then i deserve it but when i use 4-6 instead of 3-5 because i was forced to i mean come on

In the end he will get what he paid for in the condition it should be in albeit maybe 1-2 days later

I explained to him that it was the only way to ship it due to the other carriers only accepting unsealed packages and that the only way it would have been possible to ship by the desired way was if we declared the actual items and so we sent a way that takes 1-2 days longer by no choice of our own but we felt 1-2 days more was acceptable

Well in that case I dont see anything wrong. Did the other method cost the same as the method you chose?

I have the emails showing it. I stated clearly before I placed an order that if he was using post/EMS I wasn't going to order. And he told me he could and would use Fedex or UPS. So I paid for that.

If a source tells you they will deliver a service and change it without informing you, would you be happy with their service ?

The reason is I just returned some Nords through another source shipped from same place using same method as they were degraded, and I didn't want to go through that again

Yes I have all the emails, I wanted to know why he didn't do as agreed. And he kept getting defensive and rambling - as you have seen in the posts he did above here.

I just wanted a reason, and expected he would answer with good customer service, not this crazy crap
 
And yes i think most people would be perfectly fine with a source changing the shipping method out of need not want and it only adding 1-2 days to the transit time .
