I have the emails showing it. I stated clearly before I placed an order that if he was using post/EMS I wasn't going to order. And he told me he could and would use Fedex or UPS. So I paid for that.
If a source tells you they will deliver a service and change it without informing you, would you be happy with their service ?
The reason is I just returned some Nords through another source shipped from same place using same method as they were degraded, and I didn't want to go through that again
Yes I have all the emails, I wanted to know why he didn't do as agreed. And he kept getting defensive and rambling - as you have seen in the posts he did above here.
I just wanted a reason, and expected he would answer with good customer service, not this crazy crap
So you just aren’t happy that he sent it B method instead of A method? If what he says is true about the turnaround, then you are being upset for no real reason other than semantics.
Please let us know the turnaround.
