Well the fact your not black and blue is definitely a plus. Most of these guys definitely gave you most of what you need to know and be aware of. Could be just from braking down the muscle too much and causing an excess in fibrous tears that’s a little more than what your used to and the possibility of not being full recovered could play a role as well in this happening the way that it did. “Feeling good” and actually being “recovered” between sessions are two completely different things which I’m sure your aware of. Just rest up. Ice. I’d honesty be careful with massages for the time being but if you choose to give it a go or use a foam roller or whatever make sure you heat the muscle up before doing so. Get it nice and loose. Give it some time. Take an anti inflammatory and drink lots of water.
