Hey guys planning new cycle soon

What do you guys think of my first cycle, test e 500 mg for 15 wks with Tbol 40mg for 4-6 weeks after 4 weeks of test. Planning to use Nolvadex for pct after 14 days of last pin 20/20/20/10/10/10. Will have AI on hand not sure if I will need it exactly based on my body composition during puberty but just in case tho. Thoughts?

I'd move the tbol towards the end personally, or could do in the beginning. Yes, have a pharma AI on hand and get bloodwork around week 5 or 6 checking test and estrogen for sure.
 
Stats and lifting history? Goals?
Lifting 2 years, height 5”7 , 22 years old
145 lbs at 15% body fat (I can see muscle definition everywhere except abs, I have small ab muscles that only show at 10%).

My goals are honestly just to do a couple cycles till I get to my natural max, more interested in aesthetics than just being huge.
My lifts are pretty shit rn bcuz I got sick badly within the last two years so progression definitely got stunted from that.
These are all 1 rep maxes:
Bench 225
Squat 305
Deadlift 325

You can make a lot of progress before hopping on AAS at your weight.

If you insist, you need to make sure your diet and training is on point to get the most out of it. Many Don't have the basic knowledge of their maintenance calorie intake and eat too little to maximize gains.

I lose fat on 2000 calories a day whereas to actually gain weight on a bulk I’d have to eat roughly 3500 calories. I’m assuming I’d have to eat slightly more than my bulk calorie amount to get adequate muscle growth? I usually don’t gain much fat from my bulks, only enough to hide my 6 pack really.
 
I will say you're too young to even touch gear. You can put on a solid 20 lbs on that frame in 2 years natural. However, let's be honest here, you probably bought your cycle already.

I would stick to test only for first cycle though, you will learn how you react to it. Start at 300 and titrate up when you hit a plateau or if you tolerate the compound well. It is always easier to add dosages rather than suffer while you waiting for the compound to clear then lower the dose.

Take measurements at the start and compare. Get bloodwork done for baseline, get the important stuff like lipids, testosterone, estradiol, liver values and kidneys.

And eat, like they always say, food is the most anabolic element in bodybuilding.
