HGH, insulin, and shake timing

Here's my routine-

I wake up in the AM. Have 1 serving of "ON serious mass" (this has like 200+ carbs and 1200 calories in it) then take 300mg of caffeine and train exactly 1hr later.

I'm adding HGH and insulin to this bulk. 6iu HGH and 10iu Humalog. I want to take the insulin PWO. When should the hgh be taken? I read not to take it with carbs but I want the hgh and insulin working together at the same time

the gh is going to be active for hours and the downstream igf conversion for days. stressing over gh timing is wildly unecessary for most. bang your gh anytime in the morning pw...i would just run it same time as the shake so i don't forget.

depending on your insulin sensitivity and your training intensity your insulin protocol may need slight adjustments or you might want to push some of your pwo carbs closer to peri-workout if you train hard af and start to go a little hypo by the end. IOW since your protocol will be very easy to replicate identically day after day (since your pwo meal is the same), start getting some baseline bg readings -- take bg readings after the shake, immediately preworkout, and immediately post workout, and adjust the log accordingly. doesn't have to be done all the time, just a few times for you to figure out what your bg does so you can adjust log. your log needs will change over time as other factors change (food, bf%, cardio, etc.)

Solid advice. Thank you I appreciate it
