HGH + Insulin timing?

Yeah plus the amount of gear hgh and insulin they use gives them a massive recovery advantage

If most of us tried this it would fry our central nervous system and we'd need more rest days

To my understanding with the 2x a days they do a larger muscle group in the first workout, then smaller muscle groups/accessories work in the second training session (like calves/biceps/rear delts, etc)

One hard training session a day should be more than sufficient for 99.9% of us though I agree
Yeah...hence the milos protocol is useless....and I do not think it's very scalable for us ....meaning we can't just reduce to half the ui of insulin and food and expect it to work as intended it needs much more mods and the HGH and actual type and amount of anabolics used needs to be known as well.

The Gatorade powder has dextrose and it's 10 or 12 bucks a can. It mixes eaaasy with a scoop of filtered whey isolate.

Last blast I used this a lot around insulin. This time around I'm just using it with gh and meals

thank you very much for the suggestions, I really appreciate it.

So instead of cyclic dextrin can I do a mix of dextrose and maltodextrin or pineapple juice and maltodextrin?

I'm asking because it's cheaper maltodextrin like a lot cheaper then cyclic dextrin.

I'm still gonna eat my rice cream 1hour 30 minutes before workout because I like to have some solid food as well in and will use the intra-workout sugar as much as I need it. Should I add salt to the mix as well? (not sure if salt will make the whole beverage disgusting tho xD)

Btw first time trying insulin and I already love this shit, the workout was awesome, fucking painful too for the pumps and I have used only 5IU can't imagine 10 what it will be.
I need clarification if you can help me, I'm beginning my insulin journey.
Using Amino acids vs using protein. Is it just the intra workout where EAA makes more sense? Or what is the reason to use EAAs over protein at all with insulin?

Overthinking, imo. EAAs might provide a little better bang for the buck but not a big difference. Get some carbs in there as well to be sure (of course).

Since you're just starting the insulin journey, start low dose and be sure to keep a glucose monitor and some easily digestible carbs on hand. Measure glucose frequently at least the first few times to see how you respond.

Hypoglycemia is not fun.

Thanks i thought i was overthinking the eaa part thank you! Lol yeah last thing I want to do is get Fat and hurt my insulin resistance playing stupid games. I have been educating myself for a long while, insulin scared more more then most PEDs. I try to live by you can only be Unsafe but never too safe. I'm just reaching the point I can benefit from proper use, Fuckin love it so far.
