hgh single dose or split

Which one is better?I've heard that the liver only can process a certain amount of hgh at a time and the rest is wasted.Sounds like bro science to me

I have heard multiple low doses is best. Also have heard one large dose is best. I'm no scientist or Doctor so it's all anecdotal to me. So some days I do multiple and some days I do one large.

I have always done an am dose and pm dose, but I switched to one dose pm , a lot of the guys I know have switched to the one shot pm .

Assuming equivalent daily dosing, bc the serum half life of GH approximates a couple hours, the rate limiting step of hepatic IGF generation, is much more likely to be a TIME DEPENDENT rather than a DOSE DEPENDENT issue, per say.

In GH deficient patients single evening shots were most efficient vs. morning injections.

Single dose will also yield higher IGF-1 levels than multiple doses split of the same amount.

Ur body creates it's own hgh while sleeping so wouldn't before bed be the worst time to inject because ur body won't make ur natural gh if it has added. I do mine first thing and mid day.
