High E2?

Estrogen is the bodybuilder worst enemy. If you are a powerlifter and you don't give a f*ck about looking like the Michelin man then I shut my mouth. You will think your genetics suck if your estrogen is high along your cycle.

500mgs will easily throw your estrogen around 200. If you don't get gyno it's a miracle. You will for sure hold water, look fat and soft.

12.5mgs twice a week Aromasin is still a low dosage for 500mgs of test/week but will sure help bring that probable 200 down a bit.

I was under the impression that the sides would be a little more apparent so I was waiting to see something happen and jump on an AI when I recognized sides. I didn't really notice any so I hadn't. I read about a lot of people that didn't get sides and would wait to run AI until encountering some. Certainly a lapse in judgment as this is all new for me and I should've been more precautionary.

After seeing some of the responses on here and had someone point out that I was nippin out (tight shirts when working out I nip out hard when lifting..sometimes when I'm even just at home), I immediately hopped on Aromasin and began checking my nips more intensely to see if I could feel anything. At no point have I had pain or itching, but I may have had some increased sensitivity. I've been taking Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD currently and got my blood tested last week. Results came back promising (E2 basically 23). I am going to get bloods again in 2 days and perhaps once more a week after to try and CLOSELY monitor my E2 and determine exactly how much AI I need to take.

Now I'm very paranoid about gyno... Previously I'd just push along the nipples to see if I felt anything obvious and couldn't so I figured it was all good..then I started poking around really aggressively and pushed hard. I thought I felt something so now I'm constantly checking outside of the areola about an inch and right under the nipple..I have no pain but when wearing a tight shirt my nips are very visible. I shrugged that off for a little bit since I had no real symptoms of high E2 except some bloat that I could barely notice and read that many people nip out on cycle even with E2 in check.

I've read lots about how to ID gyno, but I'm curious what people that have actually had it have to say.. Was there pain? Was it SUPER obvious? Are lumps actually painful to the touch or barely tender? Did it appear as if it were just water retention at first? Did a SERM keep it at bay and prevent it from getting bigger?

I am now hyper focused on my chest.. I'm thinking of hopping on nolva or torem for the length of my cycle to be safe.. Any input on this journey and making the most of it is appreciated

Water retention is the first thing to show up when your estrogen is high. It is very evident when your estrogen is high. Not long after that gyno will to one degree or another start to develop.

Seems do bind to the breast tissue to prevent gyno. On the other hand an AI will also help lowering your chances of developing gyno and other sides that come along high estrogen like water retention, high blood pressure etc...

I like my estrogen to be around 35 on cycle to take advantage of its anabolic effects and avoid joint pain etc. I don't have estrogen sides at 35 but at 55+ I start to loose definition and looking fat

It's your diet of sperm that makes you look fat. When you drink it by the gallon it's to be expected. Don't follow in your mother's footsteps. Break the cycle.
