Agree but based on my cardiologist, blood pressure is 90% cardiovascular health, so yes labs but also regular blood pressure checksI think the first thing many ppl think is if they stick to eating healthy, hitting cardio, and taking liver care and supportive health supps they can stay ok and keep going. But eventually you cannot outsmart it, nor out-diet or out-supppement it.
It's hard to say when it'll happen and what's going to happen, but labs need to be done regularly and if someone isn't willing to have labs done then they are much more at risk
