Higher incidence of heart attacks among bodybuilders who use high levels of steroids?

I think the first thing many ppl think is if they stick to eating healthy, hitting cardio, and taking liver care and supportive health supps they can stay ok and keep going. But eventually you cannot outsmart it, nor out-diet or out-supppement it.

It's hard to say when it'll happen and what's going to happen, but labs need to be done regularly and if someone isn't willing to have labs done then they are much more at risk
Agree but based on my cardiologist, blood pressure is 90% cardiovascular health, so yes labs but also regular blood pressure checks

That is a very important piece of info you shared.

For higher BP, Cialis seems to lower it along with other benefits such as better pumps in the gym and in the bed.
I recently discovered CBD oil (with or without THC) also helps to lower BP along with other benefits and no real sides. Based on research, CBD effects are accentuated with 1 part THC and 10 parts CBD oil. With 10:1 CBD:THC, you dont feel any high at all.

Preach gurl!

I agree, labs need be done regularly (3-6 months). People like me who have a delicate system will do it every three months. If you have insurance and a doc, just ask him for a CBC metabolic panel. Please pay attention to your liver enzymes for goodness sake.

You know how I had informed you guys I had stage 3 CKD, well once I got a second opinion through my blood labs, that diagnosis was lifted. Doesn't mean I'll hit AAS as hard as I did. I was one of the lucky ones.

Also need to express how proud I am of you guys for commenting on this thread as much as you did. Specially need to thank Op. Best questions are the ones asked.

Reading a post here, 3 months on and 3 months off? Is that typical? I went for 20 weeks blasting....? I thought that 16-20 was ‘standard’?

12 weeks isn't uncommon at all. Especially for stuff like NPP, tren, Mast, and other non Test compounds.

anabolic are bad for the heart and kidneys, but whats worse?

a 5'10 guy being 220 plus lbs. that will give you high blood pressure'. "bulking" aka turning into a fatass, not doing cardio

if you stay a lean 190 year round you can abuse gear more than a bloofed up 240lb water buffalo who "walks the dog" as cardio
