What I love liver, and heart too. Beef liver doesn’t have as much flavor as chicken or turkey liver so it’s doable. I especially like bbq, hella good.
Bad memories from childhood. Old school parents that made you sit at the table until everything was eaten and even the dog wouldn’t touch it. I can’t tell you how much milk I would go through to choke that crap down, eating pieces whole because it was too disgusting to even bite into.

Guessing it wasn’t cooked properly, example no boiling cause that’s nasty af, don’t ever wanna let it get dry either. Like I said bbq is the way to go, even if you just skewer it over the stove. Fried is ok, not good like bbq. I mean it’s not the kinda food you want as the main course, more like an appetizer while you wait for your food to cook. I mean chicken liver ain’t big enough anyway. For copper beef livers the way to go. Liver and heart are the only organs I’ll eat, unless tongue counts, no brains, stomach, kidneys etc. I tried fried bull testicles and dick, eww and painful lol

When I was a teen, I put a big piece of (raw)liver and orange juice in a blender and drank it for a $10 bet!

I guess it depends on your tastes or I guess it’s one of those acquired tastes, like people love the taste of wine but I think it’s the most vile tasting shit, especially the red. I guess if you can’t stomach an once of liver every now and again you can try oysters, 133% copper, or just get the supplement lol
 
I think 1200mg might be a tad low for the lecithin, I picked up the sunflower lecithin (soy free) today and it says to take two 1200mg caps per day with a meal. I also got over a pound of beef liver from the Asian store for the delicious source of copper to counteract all the zinc I take.
