How long before Endocrinologist tests should i lower my dosage ?

Hey guys, hope everyone is doing well those crazy Rona times.

Quick simple question, im on Doctor prescribed TRT for a year now (85mg per week which puts me on 40nmo/l at peak).
three weeks ago i started mini cycle, 375mg Test E, 40mg Var, 4iu HGH.

Today my doc called and said the last time i did blood work was over 6 months ago and he wants to check blood count and i was like yeah sure im down, then he send me the tests and said do them somewhere in the next 3 months.

Then i looked at the tests and he also added Total T, Free T, CBC count and Creatinine.
Now .... my question is when should i drop my test dosage back to normal prescribed dosage in order to do the Blood work and get "normal" results ?

Tried using Steroid plotter and got a general sense but wanted to ask here as well from people who had similar problem.

Appreciate any help.
thanks !

85 to 375 is a pretty large jump relatively for you. Even though 375 is not crazy. If you need your levels to go back to exactly where they were before and you want to be 100% certain your levels aren't going to be elevated when you get tested, with the half life of test e being 5-7 days, I'd give it 4 weeks maybe 5 if you really want to be certain, and have your other biomarkers some time to get back to normal. Again I don't know how you respond, I dont have your pre or on cycle bloods. So all I can really say is the more time the better. Var and hgh half lives are pretty short so they'll be out of your system in a couple days max. But again your other biomarkers could still be off for longer than vars or hgh half lives.

Canine seems like he is about right.

other option is to skip a couple of days and grab labs if you really want to is to get the labs after 9-10 days of no shot.
how long are you running your cycle?

Yeah I know it’s a big jump, that’s why k thought I’ll ask here for advice :)
Regarding the Var I am not worried as I will finish the use of it long before the bloods, HGH I’m planing to continue as I don’t get IGF-1 tested or something that is related to HGH.
But yeah I think you are right I’ll give it at least 1 month I guess and maybe even skip a week of shots.
Ps I attached is my TRT only blood work on 85mg per week if you are interested, those are at the low day, 3 days after last shot, early morning BEFORE my Sunday shot.

It's crazy how response varies, 250mg puts me on 25 nmol/L. Six times less!
Haha yeah I am thankful to god for responding so well to Test.
I am very interested to see where my levels are now, I might go to a private clinic and pay just to check for once.

Thanks mate appreciate the intake and the plotter share !

Currently at week 4, planned on 16 week on total but I guess I cut it shot to 12 due to the blood work from my Doc :(
