I heard some people say you have to take it when insulin levels are low get more igf1, while others say the opposite?

Don't want to take straight up igf1lr3 for now. I saw that MPMD video where he had like 450igf1 on 3iu of hgh, how much would I need to get a smiliar response with chinese generics?

My natural hgh and igf1 levels were 1.03 and 115 respectivly , would it be possible to get my igf1 to 400+ on 6-8iu of chinese stuff?

You’re worried about absolute nonsensical minutiae man. But whoever is telling you to take GH when your blood sugar is high is a fucking idiot.

Get your GH in consistently, daily, at a time that works for you far enough from food so you don’t build insulin resistance, 2 doses if you’re pushing over 4-6iu, and stop worrying so much.

ok thanks, I'll maybe start with 3iu in the morning and 3 before bed then so it's far away enough from food

heres the problem.

OP stop watching MPMD's nonsense

Id recommend 90m minimum. You don’t want to be digesting food and needing an insulin release when you are about to administer GH. But the answer differs person to person. Some people never get resistant. Some become diabetics.

No. Even if meals near HGH shots increase blood glucose and insulin levels, there is no direct evidence from studies that they actually increase the incidence of diabetes or atherosclerosis

Post some studies using high single or double digit GH doses with bodybuilding level caloric consumption.

Is that what he was asking? Didn’t think so.
I'm asking about when to take hgh to get more igf1 conversion, because I'm getting very conflicting answers.

Some say that igf1 converaion is limited by how much your liver can secrete, so splitting up your gh dose troughput the day and injecting when insulin is low will get you more igf1, while other say the complete opposite, that 1big injection when insulin is high will get more igf1 conversin. So I'm confused

So I'm confused
Others are right to say you’re getting lost in the minutia and weeds of detail that are ultimately unimportant. Find a dose that works for you without sides (and titrate up to it don’t just start at 6iu) and stick to your protocol consistently. 3iu putting someone at 450igf1 just means they’re genetically blessed positive responders to gh and likely has very little to do with shot timing and other relatively minute details.

Consistent IGF-1 conversion takes weeks. Administering GH at one time of day or another isn't going to influence that. Do it whenever works for your schedule/lifestyle. Twice a day if you're pushing the dose.

i agree with @AlexDavis43 ,its not a race i made the mistake of starting at 3ius and got lots of unwanted side effects such as lower leg edema from water retention and i noticed my cts got 10x worse so i jumped completely off after 1 kit then started back at 1 iu and titrated up slowly to my target dose of 4 ius with NO problems and its good , hgh is a long haul kinda deal it gets better by the months " can't rush a good thing" as the saying goes lol

How long did it take for the CTS to get back to normal?

I’m in the process of doing the same restart you did.

I’ve been off HGH (Opti Greys) for a month and still have some pain in both wrists and a couple numb/tingly fingers on one hand. Not waking up every 15 minutes from my arms falling asleep anymore so at least there’s some improvement.

i had ongoing cts already so i don't notice any change the only change i noticed was the amount of water retention is reduced to not noticed, but that could be because of diet change more cardio and most importantly more water i added some dandelion root at 5 g a day but who knows if that helped im sure it was the cardio increase and water increases, diet is also extremely important
