How often and when to measure BP, glucose, RHR

Been trying to focus on fitness and health a lot more over last 24 months. Dropped weight, got active, TRT, tracking what i eat, and bloods every 6 weeks or so to watch/improve markers. I occasionally check glucose, BP, rhr...but wondering if that is some you folks measure every morning? Once a week? What time of day? I eventually will add GH and beginner cycles so I want to get a routine and a good understanding of baseline numbers.

The first thing i do every morning when i wake up is weight, check my sugar levels , blood pressure and pulse. I take 10iu of gh a day so i keep a close watch on my BG. im never really in a true fasted state because i eat my last meal around 930pm and first meal around 430am but at 7 hrs my bg is usually in the low to mid 90s unless i carb load right before bed. then low 100. I think it is important for a person on peds to take and track all of these stats daily. i do the bp morning and evening.

I check thing multiple times every day to start. Once i see know what to expect i check thigs as i see fit. These days i check BP every morning and occasionally during the day Glucose on occasion as it is always where i expect it to be. But BP is too. It just takes no time or effort so i do it more often. That has been my protocol for probably 10 years.
