It's quite similar (to a lesser extent) to what you might feel going down ketamine.
I believe that even though 5ar activity increases significantly, even to the point of spitting out e2, testosterone levels are so high that it overwhelms other downstream steroids in the competition for androgen receptors in the brain.
DHT and probably androsterone are actually much more GABAergic than testosterone, so you end up with excessive glutaminergic activity.
-You seem too mentally "wired", easily causing insomnia.
-Paradoxically not too much physical energy, especially if you lack sleep.
Generally not as "grounded" outwardly as without testosterone
-You lose part of your ability to socialize, even to "delirious", you can still make jokes and be sociable if for some reason dopamine is high, but otherwise you just stare into space with a fish face and just have simple conversations with a monotonous tone. Most of the time if you force it is unnatural and you find yourself not knowing how to tone down your sentences or that kind of thing.
-Nothing to do with autism, but in addition to being more likely to have insomnia you are less resilient to lack of sleep. You lose it cortisol relay to forcibly stimulate the CNS, if I have slept badly for several days I can feel sedation and crash about half an hour after applying the base testosterone cream. If the excess lack of sleep is too strong, I even have symptoms of Addison's disease like muscle spasms.
That's how I feel
