HPLC/MS Analysis on 2nd batch of 9 Samples *RESULTS* (ADC Tested)

How does this affect the purity percentage? Is the .8mg of adex pure, or further cut?

That numbered is comes from the the LC-MS so it's a reading of pure compound (or as pure as the LC can get it).

Bumping this. Is HPLC or LC/MS a more accurate testing method?

The results between the two have been conflicting.

Its not a comparison of HPLC and LC/MS. LC/MS IS HPLC/MS. liquid chromatography is just used to separate everything out to be analyzed.
The two analytical methods used where UV and MS. So HPLC-UV vs HPLC-MS
UV is ultraviolet/visible light spectroSCOPY (amount of light absorption/refraction) and MS is mass spectroMETRY (can determine the precise mass of the compound using mass-to-charge ratio [m/z] of it's isotopic fragments). MS is way more sensitive and specific for identifying compounds.
