Hupharma USA domestic and international line

I think a lot of transparency with customers will be helpful especially now. We were aware your inventory was a little short but we didn’t know as what the extent of that was. Am I correct in assuming that quality control for your viagra raws is having some difficulty due to volume of orders or is it due to customs running a tighter ship due to COVID-19?
Hmm mainly suppliers giving us poor quality viagra/cialis raws.

Received my package today after placing the order two weeks ago. Which is no problem considering it is a big order and on top of which the situation going on in the world isn’t exactly ideal for ordering gear. I’ve taken all of this into consideration when I placed my order.

The order is neatly packaged and done professionally, which I appreciate.

Now here is the problem, I have to continuously ask for the tracking number because whoever I am speaking to continues to promise to have the tracking number to me by such and such time and I don’t receive it. Furthermore, I was told that I would receive a specific amount of items with this shipment, which I did not receive as of yet.

As it stands, I am short about a fifth of the volume of items that I originally ordered, which is 200 tabs and 10 vials.

Could you give me some clarification on as to what I am gonna be receiving on my final shipment? I was told that I would receive all of my orals, which I did not. @hupharma you wanted me to keep you updated so here it is.

What has taken place so far, doesn’t exactly inspire confidence in placing another order in the near future. I understand that you have to split my order into separate shipments, but then again I did not receive what you told me that I would receive on this shipment.

Combine this with the fact that they might not be testing their sildenafil raws.

@Bighupharma could you please look into this?
 
Update: Oral packets were mislabeled. I didn’t bother to count because I assumed mislabeled packs were a mistake that HU pharma wouldn’t make.

I received everything I was supposed to receive on this shipment. But that still leaves a few questions unanswered.
 
Are you not testing the raws yourselves to make sure you’re getting legit stuff?
We do and had 98%+ in the past along with the cialis raws but that’s seems to got harder lately so we don’t feel confident in selling it right now.

You know a lot of items were out of stock, my brewer was working on new batch oils and tabs and we had about 70 orders need to ship. All is good, things just a bit slow at this time. All orders will be shipped today or tomorrow, i will keep you all updated by email or wickr. My apologises for waiting.

International orders
International shipping is slower than usual because a lot of international flights canceled, but all is good at the moment. It's good shipping to US, Canada, Australia and Europe. We can reship from UK and France if you located in Europe.

Also we can send masks, thermometer etc if you need.
So you can no longer reship from Germany?
 
@Bighupharma well, at your request, I sent you a PM 5 days ago asking how you wanted to proceed on making good on the 200 grams of bunk sildenafil citrate. Haven't heard anything back.

So I guess after waiting 5 days for a reply from your boss and another 5 from you after you requested my email address ... I guess it's safe to assume HU has zero intention of making good on the 200 grams of bunk sildenafil citrate?

Sorry for the abscence I just got out of the hospital after a week long stay.
I had emailed them and they said to provide the details and they would take care of it.
I just haven't emailed them the details yet as like I said just got out of hospital.
I will try to get them the details emailed either later tonight or early a.m. tomorrow and we shall see how they respond.
I'm just wondering if they are going to reimburse me for the cost of having the powder tested as well as the bunk powder.
We shall see.
