One word of advice.. It's not mentioned alot but it is mentioned... once.you go on gear..the odds of.you never going back are very high... you won't ever wanna train natural again.. this is true for majority of us.. I cycled 2 times.. said fuck that up and down shit and went right to blast and cruise.. and it just keeps building and building.. it's addictive.. but not like drugs.. it's a different addiction.. it's like a love.. it feels good lol

Well, yesterday's session was a mess.
Only had like 50min to train because of work, could only get to the gym at around 9pm and it closes at 10.

Day 2 was Hams, Back and Bis.

Had to cut it short and go for failure in almost all movements, short rests. Fucking hate it.

SLDL - 4*8-12 120kg
Deficit Row - 3*8-12 60kg
Neutral Grip Pulldown SS Rope Curls - 3*10-15

On the up side, goods are arriving today and I slept well so I'm feeling it for today's chest session.

Did my first pin today, totally painless, zero swelling, zero PIP for now.

Ok, gang up on me meso, I couldn't keep my hands off the Tbol pre-workout so I popped 30mg pre-workout.
Nothing too noticeable off the gym.

In the gym, mind muscle connection and pump definitely improved, strength too.
Put +20lbs on the cable flye for the same reps, same RPE.
Same weight on seated side lateral but for more 2 reps and a lot more controlled.
+20lbs on machine chest press for same reps, same RPE.

Maybe it's cause I'm a noob + placebo but I definitely felt the difference in today's session.

Please tell me I shouldn't be popping this shit every workout for the next 4 weeks because I fkn want to, hahaha.

Personally I felt/feel blast and cruise is healthier then cycling as long as.yoir cruise is as low as possible..good luck loling forward to seeing you progress
 
So today's workout was awesome but I decided to make some changes for the next weeks. Will be doing the Machine Press SS Rev Pec Deck to get some more rear delt work in throughout the week. (Raising the total weekly volume for shoulders to 20 sets).
Keeping in the Calve Raises superset at the end tho.

Day 2: Chest, shoulders, calves

Cable Fly - 4*10-15 RPE8 40kg - 15 reps
Seated Lat Raises - 4*12-15 RPE8 - 12.5kg 12 reps
Machine Chest Press - 4*10-15 RPE8 - 80kg 12 reps
Seated Calve Raises SS BW Raises - 3*15-20 RPE10 - 40kg

Just a sordid post workout pic, no real noticeable difference other than feelz, obviously.

Workouts look good bud! I think the rep ranges are smart being a first cycle. From what I've read lots of people injure themselves first few cycles because they get strength gains but the joints and connective tissue has yet to strengthen so they do heavier 1RM and the joints aren't ready yet. I'll add reps first before any weight for my first cycle and no crazy low rep sets (as much as I'll want to). I'm really interested about Tbol Pre-workout. Keep us updated and if any vets can weigh in I'd sure appreciate it. 400mg caffeine (in a lot of pre-workouts) is not good for you if you could swap it out for something 'healthier' that performs better that would be sick. I just added Cluster Dexterin 25g intra workout and I have been having much better workouts since.

I'm used to strength training but my goal for this block is to put on as much muscle as possible while giving my joints a rest from the last block which was using the Max Effort Method.

I don't take pre-workout ever, only a double shot expresso and a carb meal.
But I ordered a pump focused one with just 250mg of caffeine just to try it out.
 
Also, PIP is starting to increase right now goddamn...

Not sure if it's the virgin muscle or the MCT, hope it's the first one...

Placebo is just as good as AAS. It reallly is. The motivation the first weeks before anything kicks in can lead to a burnout though, i ahve done that before. So pace yourself.

Yeah, I understand that, man. That's why it's good to have an RPE system and place - considering I have experience using it before.

But I definitely felt something with the Tbol.

Today I won't do anything, so I doubt I'll notice any difference. Actually feeling kinda tired.
 
Ok, so I figured updating every day would get boring pretty quick and I don't want to spam.

So, I'll update once or twice a week or whenever I change something in my plan or feel something different.

Right now, I just feel like myself but with some delt pain haha... nothing much to say or see so no need to spam the thread. I'm starting to get used to the 3500kcal tho, it was a struggle last week.

Changed the macro split a bit, no need to be filling myself with +1.5g protein/lb when I'm technically on a massing phase and eating plenty of carbs.
Macros are 50%C/30%P/20%F.
 
Hey guys, I'm having the shittiest most annoying headache today.
I was thinking it was allergy related but Telfast didn't resolve it.

Can this be estrogen/bp related?
Would appreciate any input if this was a commonly experienced symptom of hormonal adaptation or anything of sorts...
 
UPDATE + Shameless Locker Room Pose

So, as I talked about yesterday in @Liska 's thread, PIP as been awful because of the MCT carrier but I've been pushing trough and popping some ibuprofen (which I know is counterproductive with hyperthrophy training but wtv).
She sorted me out and I'll be continuing my cycle as scheduled till then.

Still no signs of high estrogen and no more headaches/lethargy. Guess it really was hormonal adaptation/test flu. Been feeling better as of late.
Not really feeling too different, strength as kind of gone up but it can also be my response to increased training volume and intensity. Will wait to draw conclusions.

Appetite as increased tho and I can get down the 3500kcal easier. Boners have increased as well, haha. And I'm up 2lbs but, again, could also be increased carb and food intake.

Would also enjoy some pointers on posing and overall structure/weak points. My long legs were a bonus for kickboxing but not really for bodybuilding I'd say... I think I have to get some more upper body thickness to match the legs.

Pumps are getting ridiculous.
I'm throwing Tbol on some stubborn body parts just because I think its fun, it's summer time and it's my first cycle so if there's a time to do stupid shit this is it.
Up about 2.5kg (~5lbs) in two weeks, nothing crazy considering it's the start of the bulk. Will reel it back if I feel I'm gaining too much fat.
BW: 91.5kg/200lbs

P.S: I'm still offering a deal on half of my tibia, I don't really need it for kickboxing anymore...
