Breakfast: 200 grams of oatmeal, 2 scoops whey protein, 1 packet of poptarts.

Post workout 200 grams of white rice wheighed raw, 1 packet of poptarts, 2 whole eggs and 250 ml of egg whites.

The calories from carbs alone in the first meal are around 1200, in the second 1600. That’s 2800 calories (of carbs alone) for 2 meals.

I do 7 meals a day, it’s not hard

I’ve been in the same shoes as you pretty much..with the whole girl situation..I dated a chick for 5 years and it ended and I pounded tons of girls afterwards...it almost soothed my beaten spirit for the time being but as time progressed I just got more sad thinking none of these girls could replace her- boy was I wrong- I’ve been with a girl for a while now and I’m more happy than I’ve ever been...we moved in together and are deeply in love with eachother...the point I’m trying to make is things WILL get better believe it or not..don’t give up man. There’s definitely more women out there- don’t stop searching.

I literally use no supplement besides preworkout and protein whey/casein blend.

I don't eat "clean", I actually hate the term . But more than tripling your cal intake for probably no fucking reason with simple sugars , and then complaining about how you feel like shit and having heart palps?? You, my friend, are the stupid one.

Just admit you were binge eating like a woman bc you were sad in your feeble heart.

I ate because I was hungry, I started slow but was still hungry, I was on 60 mg of dbol which is an excellent glycogen storing agent so I knew I wouldn’t get fat on it, so I ate until I wasn’t hungry anymore, I wasn’t going to starve myself on a fucking bulk.

Try eating 7000 calories, or any amount of calories above 4000 by eating brown rice, bananas and sweet potatoes as carbs.

Jay cutler claimed on video that he ate candy corn during contest prep, And he was mr O. If eating simple sugars was good enough for him it’s good enough for me.

Well tbh. For your meal 1 youll have 100g of sugar (100g of carbs). Ill have 100g of carbs from oats.
2 hours later we go lift. Ill have way more energy because all that sugar was ingested within half an hour not even and probably some of it stored as fat, while during my workout i still have the energy from the oats which have been ingested or actually are still ingested while im working out.
It actually does matter which food sources you take in.
Sugar 1 hour pre workout is probably better than oats on the other hand, because itll give you a quick energy rush right when u start training while the oats arebingested during the training. But thats what different carb sources are for. So preworkout would be white rice, post workout too, and 2 meals after training its sweet potatoe.
If we both have a diet on our food sources at exact same macros (you have poptards etc, i switch between rice, oats, sweet potatoe) for 5 weeks, i guarantee you, youll look like shit while i got either bigger/stronger with almost no added fat, or i got more shredded, depending on amount of cals. Even on a caloric deficit, with your diet, youd look shittier than me, i would probably have lost more fat, but kept more muscle tissue than you did. I guarantee you that.
And no, i dont use anybsupplements, just quality foods, although i binge heavy on junkfood too, but i know itll make me look like shit on the regular

Cals in vs cals out is great for losing weight, indescrimanately.

For muscle retention, weight loss targeting fat stores , and overall satiety and sense of well being, it's a lot more fucking complicated than eating more or less fruit loops.
