IFBB Pro Killionb12 and Ironlion log

So you get to go up to 249 pounds. That should make a significant difference in appearance from your last show. Exciting stuff. Thanks for sharing it here.

Checkins for coach yesterday. Sitting at 286lbs fasted. We haven’t even really started pushing food at all just put the drugs back in. I’m at 3500 calories after a small bump in food. Coach increased Test some and added in a little Aromasin. HGH is at 3iu daily and Primo at 500mg weekly and Test at 600mg. Using 5iu of Novolog with pre and post workout meal. Also using 20iu of Novolin N last meal on training days.

Great!! Let's dig a log with last post over a year ago and with the OP last seen October 2023 and ask him various stuff, i'm pretty sure you'll get a reply in the next 5 years.

The question still stands: "What is the body fat percentage of the person depicted in these images (at the time of their taking)?"
Feel free to answer, everyone.

It doesn’t fucking matter. You’ll never look like him and you can’t say “I’m gonna look like XX at XX body fat”.

What if he’s 15? What if he’s 7? Wtf are you going to do with that information?

Out of all the things you could ask him you’ve chosen the absolute dumbest question.

More importantly, he will not know the answer. He does not know the answer when on stage, either. He just knows how he looks on stage, and that is all that matters to him, and, more importantly, the judges. killionb12 has dedicated years to competing. He is a serious, serious competitor in the Classic Physique category, and if you saw him in clothes, he looks huge. He comes to stage conditioned. I doubt he obsessively Dexa scans his body fat percentage, because it just does not matter for his goals.

I am answering to you @malfeasance, as it is a constructive reply.

I was asking the body-fat question, as I am training myself to get better BFP estimates by sight.
His physique in these images gave me a bit of a challenge, e.g. less-defined inner-quads, snakes on outer-quads, lower-fat in arms (front-shot).

[Yes, I know... individual fat deposition... yes, I know, there are images all over the internet with BFP estimates. Collect a couple of these and you will have fun :) ]

As the athlete mentioned Dexa somewhere in the thread, I thought I'd ask in order to obtain a number.

@Ateam2023, @Fattyone This question matters to me, thats why I asked.

That's a lot of hard work. Looking good man.
