I'm getting pissed off

The other thing to remember is bodybuilding is a journey. Especially for tall guys, you don't put on 40 pounds in one cycle.

If you put on an average of 10 lean pounds per 12 week cycle twice a year, look where you'll be in just 3 years! You'll be walking around at 260 looking huge by the time you're 24-25 years old.

Do everything right with your training and diet, be patient and enjoy the journey. If you do that, you'll get where you want to go.

Good luck,

bro have the egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich when you wake up, but on top of that have a big ass bowl of oatmeal (2 cups dry, or as much as you can eat) and cook it with whole milk

Also, I think that you need to add a similar sized bowl of oatmeal to those 50g protein shakes you are having, and throw in a tablespoon of flax oil as well

try doing this every day for 2 weeks, I bet you will be up a good 5-10lbs

Adogg4 is right you need these bowls of oatmeal for breakfest. As far as flax oil goes you get a good source of b-6's in there. However I would use Hemp oil instead. It taste better and has a balance supply of B6's and b12's which you need.

Great replies guys, I have a lot to work with now. And I never took what you said as a flame bro, I was hoping people would criticize me
I'm not going to touch my weight training yet, I believe I'm good in that dept... I admit I may be wrong, but i'm going to work with the diet first then if that's not the case, i'll change workout routine

SOOO.... the verdict pretty much seems to be: [I am going to lay my day out to you guys, so if you can see times/ways to fit in some things, and any suggestions how to do them please post]
7:45AM (Wakeup)
8:00AM I will have a nice big bowl of oatmeal with 2% milk (whole milk hurts my stomach)
9:00AM (I get to work, I sit in an office all day) Bacon Egg and Cheese Sandwhich
11:00AM 20g Protein bar, and 50g protein shake bar has 290 cals, shake has 300
1:00PM 1/2 lb of sliced turkey, 2 yogurts
3:00PM (Lunch Break) Anyone have a suggestion where I could go quick for my lunch break and get a great mass gainer meal?? This is the one time I can go anywhere and get anything... this will be very important
5:00PM (Leave Work)
5-6 (Usually Nap)
6:00PM I am wrong on calculating my shake, I use N-Large 2, which i think has 590 calories, but i put 2 giant scoops of peanut butter, and I use 1 cup 2% milk with 2 tablespoons of virgin olive oil
ALSO if my mom is cooking, I'll have dinner at 6:00PM too, she always cooks vegetables and usually some pasta
7:45PM (Workout)
8:45PM (Finish workout) 45g Nitrotech in a can shake (free at my gym for me)
10:30PM Fastfood meal (People are sleeping, and I can't really be cooking this late)
12:00AM same N-Large 2 shake with even more peanut butter and milk
12:00AM - 1:00AM (Fall asleep somewhere in there)
ANY CLUES where I can squeeze some of those things in you all suggsted? That is my day planned out to a T for ya, so you can better suggest

I can't agree more with Max-rep for years i wished a was shorter, being 6'5 it has taking 5 years to get up 260 lbs from an original 180 lbs...but once you start to fill out your tall pysique you realize the wait was well worth it...

a few comments is that if you are looking to bulk i would have used some deca instead of EQ..or even better test, deca, EQ, and A-bombs

alos try eating a whole pizza for one of your meals....it is hard at first but you will be consuming 45-80 grams of protein (depending on the type of pizza) and massive amounts of carbs....alos try eating every 2 hours..to eat more food and more calories

one more thing
if you are looking for a good mass gaining shake with high calories

Extreme XXL
Calories 1040
Calories from Fat 35
Protein 42 g

Thanks pumped... actually I just ordered some deca250 to throw into the mix, i should have started it ealier, but i will be throwing it in now. I LOVE EQ though, I must say it is my favorite chemical to use. I notice results on it better and faster than any other type of gear.
I got the N-Large 2, b/c it was so cheap and i love it's taste, after i use up the 30lbs I have. I will try out some new higher cal stuff. Hell I have this twinlab shake that has 2050 Calories per shake, but it hurts. After drinking one of those, I wait about 5 minutes then I crap out a brick lol.
The abombs are making me REAL strong, but not REAL big.... a few people said that it's the .5mg arimidex that's keeping the bloat down, and making sure the muscle is lean

on huge calorie shakes, it's best to sip it over a period of time. if you are drinking it too fast and just ending up in the bathroom you are losing all that you just put in.

Oh, I usually drink it over 20 minutes, but i just looked up what u said and people say to take even longer than that.... thanks for that one bro.

The best thing I can offer right now is to forget the whole going somewhere for lunch. Bring 1-2 cans of tuna fish in tupperware and 6oz of pasta and a half-gallon of milk and eat it all at work while everyone else goes out and pisses away half their paycheck on lunch everyday.

That's about 2000 calories right there.

Just had a salad with 2 giants scoops of tuna salad, 1/4 lb of turkey and 1/4 lb of swiss chopped up with oil and vinegar. Glad to see the tuna is as good as i hoped.

But, again, you're missing the whole carbohydrate thing. Where are they?
They'll be in my pasta i go and get at lunch time lol... Would sushi be the perfect meal then? b/c the rice is packed full of carbs, and the fish is packed full of protein

get some yams, pasta, bread, brown rice .... i am a big fan of yams/sweet potatoes!

Sorry, I can't say anything about the sushi. I've never eaten it and I'm not sure about what it's comprised of. All in all, you should make an effort to get carbs/protein/fat in every meal...unless you're one of those no carb and fat in the same meal weirdos.

Sure, a shake here or a chicken titty there is fine, but I would make sure to have carbs with at least 5 of my 7(I think that's how many you have) meals.

You all made me feel bad lol.. I went out got a big plate of fresh pasta, tossed with oil, broccoli, sausage, garlic, cheese, and white sauce... how's that for a good meal?

grizzly said it..jut like everyone else in this thread

bump up the carbs with every meal...i

also i don't know how much sushi you plan on eating but if you are eating sushi rolls and wraps there is no where ner enough carbs from the rice in them...

hopefully there is a lot of cheese and 4-5 full sausages then you will around 50-60 grams of protein and alot of carbs from the pasta

I think a good rule for you to follow is to cook ALL of your food. ALL of it yourself. People are sleeping? Better cook that meal earlier in the day.

The reason I say this is because then you will have complete control over your macronutrient ratios. For instance, if I was bulking, more than likely, whatever that pasta dish you ate was, it would not be nearly enough for what I would have cooked. This also allows you to save money. It's incredibly cheaper to cook shit yourself.

Don't forget to weight, measure, etc. and write down everything you eat in a day. This will allow you to see where you need to make changes in your diet. I think if you did this, you would be very surprised at just what you're eating and how it's, most likely, nothing like what you think it is.

You all have been so helpful, now I'm going to change it all up and listen to the pros. Can someone set me up a good meal plan that will put me at about 6k cals, with the proper amt of carbs to protein? I posted my daily schedule earlier, and i'll post my restrictions. Again I'm 6'3 205 lbs, VERY much a hardgainer. Basically use foods that are readily available, and not too difficult to make.

8AM - Wakeup
9AM - Start work
3PM - Lunch break
5PM - Leave work
7:30PM - Workout
12-1PM Sleep

I can pretty much sit around and eat ANYTHING at work. I currently am using N-large 2 protein powder which has like 53g of protein and is 590 calories per serving. There's a deli at my job, so i have access to coldcuts and breads/rolls/bagels all day. I have 300 calorie 50g protein shakes that are premixxed i can take anywhere for a quick protein fix.

Again, you have all been SO helpful, but I want to see if you could setup ANY meal plan you wanted, what it would be with these time restraints.
This should be the last post, sorry for acting noobish with this thread

Ok, I'm not sure I'll have time to put together something great right now, but in a few hours I will. Before I think too hard and hurt myself ;) I have a few suggestions.

1) Stop this cycle.

2) Stop all cycling for at least a year and/or 30lbs, whichever comes first

You are not a hardgainer. You are a shitty eater. Technically, the two are usually synonomous. I could be wrong here, but I would wager that you were not much under or above 180lbs when you started juice. I'd also wager that you're barely 20 years old, if that.

Now, I'm not trying to flame or be a dick or anything like that, so don't get me wrong. Here's what I'm saying though. Think about it. Have you ever gained weight without juice? If your answer is no, which is probable, then you really need to reevaluate your diet(like we're doing). I'm sorry, but 204 at 6'4" is certainly not steroid worthy stats. You can EASILY be 225(I'm tending towards the low end) without using any sauce. The problem is that you don't eat right and, quite possibly, don't train right.

My reasoning on the above points is to allow you to become accustomed to the appropriate methods of eating prior to using juice. If you start now, you won't be able to eat enough to satisfy your current needs and you'll just waste the cycle. (I hope that made sense)

For instance, I highly doubt you'll be able to put down 2 cups of oatmeal plus everything else to begin with. I'd have a hard time doing that since I've been dieting so long. I'm just suggesting that you slowly work up to eating the required amounts while training naturally. This will do a couple of things. It will save you money and give you a better base to work with(since you WILL grow without AS) for when you do get back on.
