Get the food down first. I like the way he said your not a hardgainer, you were a shittyeater. There's a whole lotta truth to that.
Now your gonna make some hardcore progress as soon as you get your meal plan down.
I prepare most of my meals the evening before the next day, and put'em in tupperware or ziplock bags. then throw them in a big cooler and carry that to my job.
My co-workers don't question me about roid use anymore. New employees see me and make comments like he must be on roids. The long term employees tell'm shit he ain't on roids, have you seen his lunch box? It's an igloo cooler and he eats from it all day long.

You are not a hardgainer. You are a shitty eater. Technically, the two are usually synonomous. I could be wrong here, but I would wager that you were not much under or above 180lbs when you started juice. I'd also wager that you're barely 20 years old, if that.

Now, I'm not trying to flame or be a dick or anything like that, so don't get me wrong. Here's what I'm saying though. Think about it. Have you ever gained weight without juice? If your answer is no, which is probable, then you really need to reevaluate your diet(like we're doing). I'm sorry, but 204 at 6'4" is certainly not steroid worthy stats. You can EASILY be 225(I'm tending towards the low end) without using any sauce. The problem is that you don't eat right and, quite possibly, don't train right.

My reasoning on the above points is to allow you to become accustomed to the appropriate methods of eating prior to using juice. If you start now, you won't be able to eat enough to satisfy your current needs and you'll just waste the cycle. (I hope that made sense)

For instance, I highly doubt you'll be able to put down 2 cups of oatmeal plus everything else to begin with. I'd have a hard time doing that since I've been dieting so long. I'm just suggesting that you slowly work up to eating the required amounts while training naturally. This will do a couple of things. It will save you money and give you a better base to work with(since you WILL grow without AS) for when you do get back on.
I dont take what you're saying as a flame at all, BUT I eat differently than i did a year ago in college. I had access to freshly prepared food 24/7, and that's when i packed in 6.5k cals a day with NO issue, and I DID keep a food log. I could order 10 egg's in the AM, and fresh oatmeal... 1/2 lb steak burgers and the such. Now then I wasn't eatting shitty, where as now it's gotten more difficult, or actually should I say, I'm a little too busy at work to be eating all day(which sucks, but i still try). At that time when I was getting the right nutrition down, i jumped from 180-195 lbs, but got stuck there. I upped to 7k cals a day, and i started developing a gut, so i cut out more fats and carbs, and made that extra 500 cals protein, and it helped a little... problem was, as I ate more, my body temp raised more, and i burned more. It seems 6.5k cals is the most I can eat w/o sitting in my chair sweating ALL day. I did a cycle at this point when i didn't gain, and i shot up to like 215 in no time. BUT, I got my wisdom teeth out like 2 months after cycle, and 3 got infected, couldn't eat anything but ensures, protein shakes, and mashed potato's... I dropped to 180, and was the most depressed I've EVER been. I suffer from a hyperthyroid issue, which I hate now, but my doc assures me i'll love it later in life. Doc advised me against taking medication, b/c it might have permanent effects on my ability to burn fat. I have been listening to what you guys have been saying about my meals, and so far today I've been following your guidelines, and i severely upped my carbs, oatmeal in the AM and everything

I know you said I should stop my cycle, but You know as well as I do how difficult that is. I train 3x harder, and have 2x more energy and am always in a good mood while On, and that alone is worth taking it for me. I will probably cut it short, but i'm not stoping.
 
I also should say that I have no legs at all. I'm one of those idiots who didn't train legs his whole life, and I literally just started 2 months ago. I wanna show you a pic of my upper body when I get one, b/c I'm as big as my friend who's 6'3 up top and he's 230 but has big legs. Not saying this is an excuse or anything, BUT when your lower half is a stick, and you're big up top, you're not at your max weight potential, thus is another of my problems

You don't? Hmmm, that's interesting.

Blkout- Two things. If you started developing a gut with the added calories, then I maintain that the problem has to do with your training. ANd, especially since you weren't training legs, that's probably correct. Also, do this, then: stop training everything else or do a set or two, TOPS, for each bodypart per week while prioritizing your legs. That's half the reason you won't get any bigger, I"m sure. Like Freddy says, "you want bigger arms? start squatting"

Thanks griz, think that could be the main problem is that i let my legs lag? I mean I have CHICKEN legs lol... I will lessen my weight on the rest of my body, and squat 2x a week. I did 6 sets of squats yesterday.. i'll do 10 sets on sunday
I will also get you either a pic of my upper body, or the size of my arms/chest/etc so you can see what im talking about. I listen to this stuff, regardless if it's what i want to hear or not... you big 240+ guys know better than i do
 
Don't even bother with the 10 sets thing. I also wouldn't lessen the weight on my other exercises. I'd just lessen the volume/frequency.

Focus on squats, deadlifts, cleans and RDL's. I think that would be the best for you at this moment.

Griz has been nothing but helpful, i'd be pissed if he was tryin to burn me lol. I had a serious problem and I couldn't exactly pinpoint it, but it wound up being a few things. I think the legs is a huge issue that I completely overlooked
 
I think your on the right path now. Focus on those sqauts, clean and presses, deads, and lots of prepared meals. Those legs will come on out and you'll get on the scale and say "damn, the weight is coming on."

Any way you put it Griz that's fine, your help was perfect... im actually eating a whole pizza pie as we speak, im 4 slices in, and i got a lowfat yogurt smoothie to wash it down.... how's that for bulking lol.. big bump to the rest of you for the great help, freak, grey thanks...
 
Hey bro bump your eggs to 7-8 egss with turkey bacon and oatmeal. Be sure to take papya enzymes or a multi-digestive enzyme for better results. Also op. nutrition makes a weight gain shake called "serious mass" and its loaded-2500 calories-251 carbs and 50 grams of protein. Some people dnt agree with that amount of calories/carbs/protein per meal but with a digestive enzyme you will digest with much more comfort. I take in 5000-6000 calories a day when im on a bulking cycle in the off-season. Trust me you might gain some fat but the muscle should far ooutweigh the fat with proper training and good "supplementation" :) Good luck bro

just to give you an idea of my diet..it might help you..seeing how i am your height slight more, and have been where you are

8:00 25 gram protein shake

9:00 8-10 egg whites, 2-3 yolks, 3-5 pieces of american cheese, some kind of breakfast meat, bagel

11:30 whole pizza, or few cheese burgers or huge turkey sandwhich

2:30 50 gram shake w/ milk and bananna

5:00 50 gram shake w/ milk and yougart

6:30-7:00 pizza, tuna, steak, w/ potatos, or bread, etc...salad..big meal with 50-70 grams of protein

8:30-9:00 50 gram shake

10:30-11:00 tuna fish or egg whites or all natural peanutbutter on bagel w/milk

12:30-1:00 50 gram shake

this of course is a bulking diet...have to gain a little fat..to pack on the mass

I'd just like to point out that the caloric differences between turkey bacon and pork bacon are nearly non-existent. So, unless there's some other reason to eat the turkey instead of the pork, I see no reason to eat the shittier tasting turkey.
 
CL's drols, i stopped taking them they weren't doin much for me... I gotta cut down my adex too i was takin .5 ED i cut down to .5 EoD now... I upped my diet past 2 days and i already am up 1.5lbs in 2 days ... pretty good guys

If you put on an average of 10 lean pounds per 12 week cycle twice a year, look where you'll be in just 3 years! You'll be walking around at 260 looking huge by the time you're 24-25 years old.

good point bro. i am 6'5" and a "hardgainer". I usually put on about 10lbs on solid muscle consistently every cycle. So after 3 cycles I have gained a little over 30 pounds in about 3 years that i have kept. Slow and steady wins the race.
 
I train 5x a week, seperate body parts, all to exhaustion. My strength IS increasing significantly though.


JMO cut it down to 4xwk and go heavy 2 warm-ups then start bumping set weight up fast max out by 6th set, 3-4 excercises and get out of the gym take EOD off up the carbs on days you workout i've made my best gains in ALL areas this way.
