as long as you inject in the medically approved bodyparts, hitting a vein is unlikely.

OTOH nurses even palpate to feel where your bones are
as to find the perfect injection spot.
They advise against self-injecting IM.

Anyway, I aspirate, only takes a freaking second. You will go through a vain in your ventures. You will know when the blood leaks out.

I do a reverse z-track. Right when the needle leaves the body, I pull skin so new skin cover injection site. Hold for like 30 seconds and swab again with alcohol. Release.

I’d be interested to know what other things cause this cough because I get it with testosterone also

I heat my oils on a heat plate always before drawing, sometimes the gets a little too hot and so I let it sit while i get other things ready such as bandaids, writing my dose notes, etc. Anyway, this one time not too long ago, I got distracted somehow and felt hurried to get the pinning over with. I injected same as always, except I didn’t wait long enough for the out too cool.

To make matters worse, I didn’t take my time injecting either. That was just 1cc Mast P.
Let me tell you! Everything I have heard and read about Tren cough, I experienced.
Immediately had the taste of the hormone in my mouth. Then, this hot vaporizing feeling in my lungs, and the debilitating cough. My wife heard and began to punic. But I realized what I had done because I had pinned this Mast more than half the vial..I was barely able to prevent her with hand signals to NOT call the paramedics.

A good 3 maybe 5 minuets later, which felt like an eternity, I was breathing normal and flushed in the face.

I just can’t imagine ANYONE would believe muscles, and fake ones at that, are worth this risk.

Fact is I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if this fella also developed myonecrosis.

In that case the infection is so severe it extends into muscle
and results in its death, with the end result being a deformity.

The latter frequently requires multiple surgeries, open wounds w drains and prolonged IV antibiotic administration.

Did a reverse image search on the pic. Couldn't even find out the guys name. Just led back to a couple articles pertaining to Synthol use/abuse.

i honestly believe that i got the pericarditis from injecting into a surface gluteus vein with 5/8 25g pin.
i hate and never inject gluteus though. i often feel strong pain there while penetrating with needle. I must have some veins there.
I will never inject gluteus again.
I did it with a 5/8 inch needle though, so maybe my mistake. hit a surface vein and dissolve the hormone around area-->not a good idea.

Maybe it is possible that some of that phenylprop shit, which is painful injection because it crystalizes by the way, got close to my heart and asimilated there, causing pain there instead at the injection site.
But it was the worst pain i experienced in my life, i listed it as 8/10 to the ER docs.

Lately I been lucky I inject and pull out needle and wipe off done, once and awhile I get blood so I just put pressure till it stops I like pulling the skin a half inch then let go after I pull out I think it's called the Z technique.
