Introduction, reflection and future goals...

What's up fellas I'm relatively new to the forums here. after getting ripped for some dumb posts in the underground (hey "source" pm me...) I did my research read around and I think I'm ready to contribute. Little background I recently competed in my first show in the open bb division of a very competitive light heavy weight class. Dieted 22 weeks without a coach definitely made some mistakes but it's about the journey. Looking to cyclically bulk and add size while also making sure my prep isn't as difficult as my first one and compete again next season. Looking forward to contributing and hearing from all you gentleman

Bigjp welcome to meso brother. Its nice to see you own up. Honestly tho I wouldn't worry about it. The thread you speak of is popular here and theres always fan boys roaming. Best best is to look elsewhere or spend a shit load of $

Its a physique you should be proud of! You should do well and I wish you fast gains in all your iron endeavors. You look like you favor ectomorph. Long arms and natural slim composition. Looks like legs are your best asset

Truly appreciate all the positivity brother. Looking to definitely bring up my upper body especially chest and back to match my legs and just fill out my physique on an overall level being on the taller side. But thanks again my man and best of luck to you as well...

Hahaha yeah that was foolish zero research or attempts to even speak directly with anyone first but I learned and mostly just want to interact w everyone involved in the brotherhood here as opposed to beefing and the childish name calling
 
Right now? I've rebounded out of the show to about 226,227 I'm currently eating 280protein 400carbs and about 70-80fat cardio every other day on the stairs



you should try upping your protein to 450g a day. I know you will get great results from upping your protein. rule of thumb is 2g protein per pound of body weight if you want to pack on muscle.
