you should try upping your protein to 450g a day. I know you will get great results from upping your protein. rule of thumb is 2g protein per pound of body weight if you want to pack on muscle.
Would you suggest lowering carbs then?

Shit I wish I could up my protein. Im so sick of protein shakes, just thinking about them makes me feel sick. Any suggestions?

one or two tops for protein shakes. the rest should be from food. whole eggs, 8oz eye of round has 70g protein if I'm not mistaken. eat protein dense foods.
 
Right on you guys. Tuna is a great idea. I eat a ton of eggs and will add some more red meat into the mix. I can do milk too.
Milks a good choice for macros across the board my first big bulk was the GOMAD diet w whole foods as well obviously and I put on about 40lbs (not pretty)

I should of said drop carbs in half to 200g a day and increase fat by 800 calories, just make it an even 100g fat increase. consuming fat will not make you gain fat.


was you drinking skim milk or whole milk?
