Is Anyone Still Blasting Through This Pandemic?

Or is everyone cruising now?

Since those of us without home gyms can’t train optimally seems blasting would be a waste of gear.

Also I read that high bp or liver/kidney stress (which blasting can cause) makes it much more likely to die or have severe complications from covid 19.

What is your drug/training protocol during the next potential 4+ weeks of shutdown to maintain or improve your physique?
 
Cruising for 5+ years here. :)

Was planning on buying a home gym setup here in the very near future but everything is out of stock. Thankfully I’m a beginner and doing a lot of body weight exercises which is at least something.
 
Ended blast and went on cruise. Guys go on your local kijiji and look for people renting out home gyms. This has saved my gains. I pay 15 a visit and drive 1 hour just to get this shit done. It's worth it and I'm pretty sure people in other areas are doing the same. It's good money for them.
 
Nope, still killing it like nothing ever happened! 5iu/day HGH, 700/wk primo, 150/wk test, 10mg daily cialis.

Hitting it inmate style with primary focus on chest/quads/back by doing "deck of cards" workouts for these major muscle groups.

Deck of cards squats, deck of cards pushups and decline pushups(usually doing every other set with one or the other, backpack with towel stuffed in bottom and a 10lb medicine ball in there so weight sits more on my upper back/shoulder area.

For my back day it's inverted bodyweight rows blasting through the deck. I do some accessory work such as light dumbbell curls and side laterals.

Ppl are paying stupid money for used weight equipment rt now, but I haven't bought a single thing outside of a deck of playing cards and I'm actually getting even bigger lately since this bullshit!

IT CAN BE DONE! I urge everyone to stop looking at home workouts like damage control and use this as FUCKING HOSTILITY to get even better!

It's all in your mind. No dumbbells? Go grab pillow cases and throw books in them for weight and make dumbbells!

No bench press? Go get a piece of pipe from Lowe's and some cinder blocks!

No excuses! KILL IT REGARDLESS!
 
Me being on Deca and Test 10 weeks in. No reason to stop. Cause it would take to long to stop and start again.
I did however make a great home gym with band up to 70 lbs a pole and 40 lb dumbells and a chair. Can do anything. If weight light do 10 second up and 10 second down and pause reps. Gets hard quick. Many options for now.

So when you mean deck of cards you are really referring to a card deck aren’t you?
 
I cut it down to 400 test and 300 deca.

Want to get rid of the deca, not planning on using it ever again, got 9 ml to go so 9 more weeks.

If this horseshit continues, Il either switch to 600 test, or 400 test and 200 tren E.

Currently doing a callisthenics full body workout at a hidden park that they haven’t blocked or taped the equipment.


If they do that Il go train late at night and tear off the fucking tape to train.


Fuck the government.

Yea, run through the deck. Shuffle em up and start flipping them over. Each # represents # you do in the set, face cards = 10 reps ( some do jack=10, queen=11, king =12, ace= 13, I just do face cards for 10 though)

I've been saying this the past cpl weeks. If there were ever a time to fucking nail random chicks, now is the time!!
 
The lockdown convinced me it's time to blast again and get savage. I had a hip surgery scheduled for in a couple weeks that was going to put me out of action for a bit. Then good ol' corona suspended all non-emergent surgeries. It's going to be like a juiced up Groundhog's Day!!!! Eat, eat, eat, eat, eat, sleep, train.

100 mg anadrol 6 weeks
500 test cyp 20 weeks
600 EQ 20 weeks

*Tweaking a Meadows program to fit my home equipment and so far I'm digging it.*

The good ol' deck of cards!!! Had a combat instructor that was a fucking gorilla. He ran through a deck of cards every night on the pull up bar. Same nasty dude later got shot in the neck and chest by a sneaky fucker with an AK.. He didn't skip a fucking beat. Laid up in the hospital holding his breath to almost passing out to get his cardio in...

Damn straight! Almost puked working out on my porch today. I went up to 15 lbs in the backpack for pushups and my total was 610 pushups, intermittently doing some side lateral raises for high reps and biceps between my pushup sets. But my goal is always to get half my pushup rep goal knocked out before I begin integrating other shit in the mix!

I think of it like this: if 2 weeks ago you started with a total of 600 pushups (obviously from sets to get there) and now it's 15 lbs between my shoulders, that's 15×600, or 9,000 lbs more muscle output in a given workout.

Another thing I recently began doing is the addition of 5 grams of creatine pre and post workout. Call me crazy, but it seems to me that HGH LOVES CREATINE!

NVR thought I was much of a responder to the shit but lately ppl are telling me I look a lot larger!
