Is it safe to use low dose anavar based on lipids?

So all my blood work came back perfect besides my rbc. Still in normal range but on higher end. However got my lipids checked as well and I know anavar can wreck havoc on cholesterol. Are these levels ok or should I not run var? Plan on doing just 25 -50 mgs a day.

Maybe consider a statin &/or ezetimibe. Plus CoQ10 if you choose a statin, and liver supps like UDCA & NAC. And yeah definitely cardio.

This will be my last run of orals likely as I’m 45 years old. I am on trt , but I think one blast a year of test prop 500 a week x 8 weeks would be much safer

Same man. 33 years old my heavy blast days are well over. Stick to my trt all year round. Come summertime I like to add a little something though but still keep it light hence just test 300 and var for a few weeks

Similar boat. Not trying to pack on pounds of lean mass anymore but throw in some orals every now and then to keep it interesting.

LDL 118 isn't scary high.

I view ApoB (LDL) as a lifetime exposure thing.

If it goes out of whack for a few months, that's nothing if it's normal for the other years/decades.
Thanks man. Yea main thing I'm concerned about is my heart. I'm a firefighter so I like to limit my risks for heart attacks and such. Like you said if it goes up for 4 to 6 weeks really shouldn't be a problem. I'll most likely get bloods done mid cycle to see where I'm at

For me , 25mg per day (12.5x2) of Var equates to a cholesterol hit (tested) of:
HDL -15 pts
LDL +45 pts
This is why I limit its use to 6 weeks at a time, 1 or 2 times per year.
