All I do I go to work, the gym and spend time with the family. I am always juggling things and feel lucky when I get any real down time.

For starters I have a nice job as a systems administrator at a local hospital and I enjoy my job. I use my phone for chats and forum browsing during slow times as I never use my work computer for personal things.
I have a life outside of work and that includes gym, family time and socializing.
So what is your answer? I do suspect you are mentally ill my friend.
