True. Id be lying if I didnt say she ended it with me. Doesnt help that i got attached to her kids either. She is no good for me. I know it. She knows it. But its easy to forget that after a little time passes.
I need to get out and get some new chicks to stop thinking about her. Thats the plan for next weekend.

A 1000lb total can be bad in a few short months man. Just keep pushing and working hard. If you want that total to actually count and be on a record book, consider doing a meet in your area if possible. They are lots of fun and you'll meet many ppl who can help you in your journey.

Ive looked. Nothing anywhere around here. I wanted to have a date to work towards. Also to try one out to see how it is. I may have to wait until next year.
But for now I want it for pride. Just to know I did it.

I think thats the big thing here. 9 out 10 girls might want me (I get hit on enough), but shes that 10th girl and it drives me crazy. Ill take a few days and get over it though. Maybe get under something else.
This kinda happened once before (though i wasnt as into the other chick) and I made a sextape and sent it to the old girl. Felt a lot better after...and during.

It was a hard workout. Really looking forward to going back to a regular schedule. These 14 hour nights are killin me...And my workouts.

Weighed in at 224 today. Im trying to keep at 6k cals but cut my carbs a little (starting by dropping 50 a day, then get to 100). Makes it harder to keep up, but im doing ok so far. Im actually having to force down food though.

I need some sleep. GN.
 
I'd do 3-4 sets of 8-10reps on pullups. No need for the 5x5 there but everything else looks good. Nice job putting in work man

I was barely able to do my 5 at that point. Going in after work was a bad idea. I shouldve slept a few hours first. Or left out the pull ups, but I had already written them in pen in my notebook, so I felt like I had to do them.

Pull ups get crazy hard when you add bodyweight quickly. One week until test c kick off!!!:cool:

It might be these long hours, or im a meahead, but I never even took my increased weight in to account.
And I am actually looking forward to my 1st pin now. I went to my mailbox today and my pins, serms, etc., all showed up on the same day. Now i just gotta hold off this last week...

Hey Jay, good session here. I have a few questions if you don't mind.

How's the depth coming along with your squat? Were you able to get this 235 lower than the vid you posted?

Did you do paused or touch and go reps on bench?

At about what upper body angle are you performing the bent rows? What's your grip width?

Squats are looking good right now (at least to me). The box helped me get parallel. I took it away but now Im used to that depth. Ill try to post another video this weekend when I get back to a regular schedule.

Bench was paused...until the last few reps. By that time I wad getting a little tired so my 2 second pause probably became a .75 pause.

I actually have a good picture of my barbell row. I made a video to look at myself (there was no disguise though). Ill post that in a few hours when I get off (it ended up on my other phone).

Besides that, everything is going good. I thought it would be harder to move from 6 days a week to 3, but I need all the recovery time. Though I might sneak in every once in awhile and do a little extra. If im being honest.
 
Nothing wrong with just doing 3x10 BW pull ups. I rarely add weight on pull ups anymore, instead I try to make sure all the reps are clean, from a dead hang and I feel them all in my lats.

I might need to. With the program Im running itll be hard to do good weighted pull ups on any day unless I drop another exercise.

I went a little bit harder today than I should have. I actually got some sleep and had too much energy. And I went to the gym at a new time. It was packed and there were all new people. I had to show them who the Alpha Male is (I always think of this movie:)

Im thinking Test E, Deca, Tren E. Any thoughts for or against?

I woke up feeling like crap. Throat hurt. Headache. Muscles sore. Hopefully it passes. I think its because of my jacked up sleep schedule.

I was still feeling good and felt like I could add weight...so I did. But while adding weight i kicked over my bottle of H2O. It went everywhere. I tried to get it all up but it soaked into the floor. Made it too slippery until it dried. So I called it a day on squats.

You may want to go w/ tren a on your first run of it. Are you not wanting to pin ED or EOD??
 
That was a big part of it. Is there any other differences besides ester?

As far as I know that's the only difference. You want that shit out quick if the sides are to much. Pinning ED isn't to bad. Just gotta think gainz w/ every pin.:D
