Active Volume Day aka Make em say Ugh
So once again I am breaking the Texas Method (Rippetoe is turning over in his grave...oh he's alive?).
I got told this morning I have a physical fitness assesment the day after tomorrow. So no volume day today.
Then I have 24 hour on/off schedule after that for work. So if I didnt go in today I would miss most of the week.
So I found a middle ground and did volume day at active recovery day weight. I tried to call
@Docd187123 before to see what he thought. I went through the whole phone book from Dr. Aardvark to Dr. Zzz (a sleep doctor), but none were the right person. The I tried calling
@insertnamehere, but the operator got mad at me and hung up on me...
Squats
Warmup - I did a few stretches for the 1st time. About 3 - 5 minutes worth
135 x 3 (Idk what happened but I hurt my back doing this on the 1st rep. Right in the middle. Decided to push through)

255 5 x 2 (As ive said before I video all my sets and watch them while resting between sets. I didnt like my depth so I dropped weight)

On the plus side my bacne (and armne and facene) have started going away. I dont know if its the antibacterial soap or the test, but its going. But now im noticing my body hair is getting darker / thicker. Like the light hair that everyone has but you can barely see is now noticable. Im becoming a sasquatch!
