Jay Max Log (Switching from BB to PL and a place to BS)

To get those numbers up your going to have to build up your posterior chain big time. If you have acsess to a reverce hyper machine start using it 3x a week working up to 3x 30 with half your squat weight and then your numbers will jump. Adding in belt squats and back attack machine will also help. If handling volume is hard for you then you need to work your gpp... sled pulls..and pushes. And work those tendons daily.. I used to do 300 leg curls with ancle weights daily just to build up those tendons. Lots of upper back work to. And dont forget grip work at least three times a week because your going to need a good grip. Go to the cyropractor weekly and get ART/graston done to work out any knotty fasia. The elite number for your weight class is reachable. If your goal is powerlifting dont high bar.... go with your body to determine your lifting style... work with your own leveage. I cant spell or see...But I can lift. Lots of trunk work. Find a powerlifting gym or a key garage. You will need spotters as you build up in class lifts if you deciede to go for it.

Why were you being so demeaning to him and then after you insult him give him good solid advice. I don't understand why you would come on to someones cycle log and bash him. Jay's a good guy. He didn't deserve that.
 
Todays Workout:
Active Volume Day aka Make em say Ugh

So once again I am breaking the Texas Method (Rippetoe is turning over in his grave...oh he's alive?).
I got told this morning I have a physical fitness assesment the day after tomorrow. So no volume day today.
Then I have 24 hour on/off schedule after that for work. So if I didnt go in today I would miss most of the week.

So I found a middle ground and did volume day at active recovery day weight. I tried to call @Docd187123 before to see what he thought. I went through the whole phone book from Dr. Aardvark to Dr. Zzz (a sleep doctor), but none were the right person. The I tried calling @insertnamehere, but the operator got mad at me and hung up on me...

Squats
Warmup - I did a few stretches for the 1st time. About 3 - 5 minutes worth
135 x 3 (Idk what happened but I hurt my back doing this on the 1st rep. Right in the middle. Decided to push through)
185 x 3

255 5 x 2 (As ive said before I video all my sets and watch them while resting between sets. I didnt like my depth so I dropped weight)

On the plus side my bacne (and armne and facene) have started going away. I dont know if its the antibacterial soap or the test, but its going. But now im noticing my body hair is getting darker / thicker. Like the light hair that everyone has but you can barely see is now noticable. Im becoming a sasquatch!
 
Also Im watching this movie on netflix called "Falcon Rising" with Michael Jai White (Id love to know what he cycles). If y'all want to see a movie with minimal story line and a big dude karating the hell out of people its worth a watch.

A good guy wouldnt start a side log on another guy trying to make him look bad. Good guys dont get involed with other poeples issues. IM not a good guy and I dont want to be. I bashed him because he bashed me and because he made a special place for it I came to his specail place for it. I gave him a tiny bit of good info after getting sick about the info hed already received. If that kid was getting training form me online hed be squating 500 and benching 315... and deadlifting close to 5 all in less than a year natty.

Purely out of curiosity, have you trained anyone online before? If so, do you have a verifiable track record of assisting guys online squat 500, bench 315, and dead close to 500? I agree these numbers can be attained natural but not every case is the same, nor is the route to achieve it.

One more thing, again, out of curiosity, are you or are you not an equipped lifter? I recall a few posts in the past that you are.

Im from an live in a major city where "Kid" is just like sayin Hey "Guy"... Not the meaning your thinking. And yes Ive worked with lots of guys online, but mostly in person and in all areas of training.. and strange enough even crossfit... yes crossfit. What ever the goal is I have a way to get there that works and I can prove. And we all know no two poeple are the same so there is always a different route. I can pull big numbers in gear and out of gear... I wouldnt bother programing a guy for gear work online because you need a crew for that and its just not safe without one.. A guy needs to know how to bring the bar out, a monolift isnt always there for most. ect ect.
Im talking pretty rational at this point so if thats your definintion of childfull behaviour I dont know what to say to that.
Do you need some advice or have a sticking point your having a tough time getting by? Ask away... Its a hobby for me I dont change money. You can ask questions about something youd like to do.. 50 pull ups in a row? An inch on your arm... 20 pound pr on your bench ect and Ill give you some ideas to try if they dont work you call me a fraud... if they do you go t a pr or a size gain. Ive training with the best from the North east all the way to the gyms in OHIo. I changed my tune like I said and brushed it off when I realized what I was dealing with... I dont say that in a bad way. Id rather be a helper than a hurter.

Im pretty sure he's gone for good now. Which is a shame. I was just going to forgive him and take his advice. Now you guys are stuck with me!
 
Fuck him no proof of his nonsense claims nor have I seen a pic of him. All talk. Nobody benches 315 first time benching. That's horse shit.

He talked a lot of shit. He called out a bunch of guys asking why the used and saying they should go "natty". He called everyone small, even @brutus79 who's like 25lbs bigger.
And he never posted any pics or proof of his lifts. I think he was just talking a bunch of shit about himself. Hyping himself up. But he's gone now...so fuck it...
