I take .25 arimidex eodWith that ratio 750 test to 500 eq you don’t need any ai? Your shoulders and quads really respond well to the cycle. Solid progress man.

I'll definitely look into thisI know it's more an inconvenience than something that requires medical intervention, but you can find some examples online of people getting relief with thyroid medications.

Then I keep seeing dudes on gear making massive gains on a bro split. Maybe I should stop listening to the YT guys. Or is this more of a difference between beginner and intermediate lifters?
As @AlexDavis43 stated, I think it's more or less about the overall execution. Nothing wrong with ppl at all. Just create a split that fits your needs and attack that shit. All the YT guys I like talk so much about hitting each muscle group twice a week. With a PPL or whatever.

I feel most people spend more time questioning how to lift over just going 100 Everytime. My advise is just be about it, this kind of stuff is so over saturated with info that contradicts everything. Don't get lost in the noise.
Yeah good point, I actually enjoy a body part split more. The science-based lifting vs traditional higher volume bodybuilding style debates are getting out of hand - sometimes funny and I recommend listening to all parties involved. Maybe you'll find something that resonates.
Truth is (imo) people who work hard at either make gains. Most people do a mix.

That's helpful thanks man. Much to learn.PPL is a great approach especially the simplicity for beginners
The only reason I don't do it is because my lower body requires more work to keep up
Yes leg days suck and I have to do 'em twice as much but it is what it is
