Not sure if anyone answered you? The short answer is "No". Over the years I'd say the average sentence when it comes to ugl's busted had been 36 to 48 months, from the cases I remember seeing and were familiar with.
I use months because the Feds use the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. A big part in determining the sentence length in the feds is ones criminal history. There is a chart the feds use when implementing the Sentencing Guidelines.. The offense level is determined and it takes you down the side of the chart(1 through 42).
Then the individuals Criminal Category is determined...1 through 6. If the offense level is 20, and there are 2 guys indicted, if one guy has a Criminal Category 1 his guidelines are 33-41months. Lets say the second guy has a Criminal Category 6, like the kid in the Onyx indictment, his guidelines call for a sentence of 70 to 87 months. That's more than twice as long as the other guy.
The last couple of years have seen longer sentences for ugl's caught selling their wares. One reason appears to be longer investigations. The feds are putting more time and money into investigations. With longer investigations we see charges of Money Laundering along with Conspiracy to distribute aas. The more money involved has a direct correlation to the amount of time given, There are lengths of time that get longer when certain thresholds are met.
If there is a firearm discovered during the search or when an arrest warrant is executed you can expect to see another 60 months added to the sentence for distributing and money laundering,
There are circumstances when a gun will add just 24 months to a sentence. Your Federal Defender will be able to explain what those circumstances are. If you happen to be a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, you can count on the 5yrs.

Bullshitting to me means you say things that just aren't true...say things that you can't back up with facts.
You may be one of the most tested sources on ASF, but anyone familiar with that board knows that they DO NOT encourage testing. Sources there over the years have gotten by without testing and by paying off certain staff to protect them from scrutiny.

You may be something special with your testing at that scam board, but not here. In fact, you're dragging your feet. That bullshit about being the "Most tested lab" is just that...bullshit.
Karius and ALP and Joe at Caxxis test every single batch of raws BEFORE brewing and post results in their forum at ab. You were there for a minute. You're one of those guys who feels that level of testing isn't necessary. You talk a good game but that's it...its just bullshit talk.
